INCOMPETENT BUNCH

LOVE YOUR CAR OR WANT LONG LASTING CAR? NEVER EVEN CONSIDER VISITING THEM.

Not once but THREE TIMES incompetent service from them!

FIRST OF ALL we bought a car there that needed service within 9 months to change fluids (normally it should be every 2 years+, NOT below 2 years). So they f*cked us from the beginning.
WE SAID NOTHING.
2ND TIME is when we did service and they SCRATCH THE STEERING WHEELS! This time we confront them and they LAUGHED AT US saying it’s because of my partner’s ring. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY RING! We keep talking about it but of course the customer service is like AI, does NOT exist at all, did nothing, no responsibility nor even sorry about it.
3RD TIME THEY DID IT AGAIN. ANOTHER SCRATCH. This time they added a FUN surprise, DIRTY OIL STAIN INSIDE the car. GREAT JOB!

WHAT KINDA JOKE IS THIS???? UNREASONABLE AND NON EXISTENCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT WORKERS. HOW ARE YOU STILL A BUSINESS???

Top Adresse in Vejen

The dealership is very clean, inviting and has a large selection. Our salesman Kristian is very friendly and tries to arrange everything. For us, it is a top address for buying a car.

Helpful, and high-quality service

We just bought our first car from Thomas and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received during the process. We got all the help we needed and the fact that we were not familiar with the Danish system and processes was not even a problem, as we were thoroughly informed about everything. We can simply recommend Autocentralen to everyone.

Autocentralen Kolding - disappointing experience

Disappointing experience.
Took my car because of problem "X", their suggested approach did not solve the problem and got a bill 4 times the quoted price as they didn't disclose all related costs, therefore taking an uninformed decision for an unnecessary solution.
