Had a problem with my Jaguar F pace not starting and a warning light coming on, I suspected a dodgy battery, took it into auto electrical battery changed and car reprogrammed in under an hour fantastic job , car is all good now they could not have been more helpful it was like an F1 team around my car

Just popped into Fakenham Auto Electrics, as anyone with a car electrical problem would. And was willing to book my problem in with them. Knowing they are a very busy business was willing to wait for maybe a week or two. BUT they obviously don't need the work as i was made to feel completely worthless, Customer service was appalling, when I questioned this was told he didn't need my work as they are so busy. And he was not worried/bothered. POOR, POOR, POOR.

I've spent a fortune over the years trying to track down a persistent fault in my car. Fakenham Autoelectricals had it in their shop for maybe 20 minutes and they had found the problem and fixed it, and for a very modest fee too. I feel like I have been ripped off everywhere else I ever went to. I wouldn't use anyone else but Fakenham Autoelectricals now. Highly recommended.

This company are brilliant, customer service superb. I had a dangerous fault in my Ford Kuga, power cut out completely without any warning. Ford Fakenham we’re less than helpful really didn’t want to know. The team at Auto electrical took on the job identified a problem and went about resolving. Excellent firm.

Thank you for your help yesterday with the replacement of a car battery on a landrover. Because of your excellent staff my battery problem was diagnosed and resolved in a very short time, allowing me to continue on my journey. I would have no problem recommending you to anyone who needs a car electrics looking at.

Our W UP! Needed a new battery... as the original failed after seven years.

Not only did they have both types that it might have been in stock and fully charged

They fitted it there and then and actually managed to fit a slightly larger battery which has more capacity and quiye a bit cheaper to boot :D

I've contacted Fakenham Auto Electrical on 2 or 3 occasions over the years without absolutely any success. Generally, I have found them most unhelpful & uninterested in any auto electrical issues I've ever had.

On the last occasion I asked if I could bring the vehicle in to be looked at while they looked at the fault? They told me that unless I could get the vehicle to them & "Leave it with them for the day" then they'd refused to look at it.

When I said I'm unable to bring the vehicle and leave it as that would mean I'm stranded in Fakenham and then asked if they had a waiting area or even a courtesy car? (which they failed to answer) But again they just said abruptly "Unless you bring it in & leave it with us, we won't look at it"

I suspect Fakenham Auto Electrical get most of their work via the trade, hence private customers like myself are of little importance to them. I'm glad that they can be so choosey about what work they can be bothered to look at or take on.

Verdict: Most Unhelpful & Unprofessional - One to Avoid!
