happy customer

I'm renting with green motion few months now and I must say the service is really nice. I never experienced a problem with them, everything is clear when you book online, if you don't understand something you can contact them and they will help you with you enquiry. The customer service is nice, all the staff members are really pleasant to talk to, they are doing great job to be honest from Gatwick to Heathrow the staff are so nice.
Regarding all the review I saw online every experience is different but you must take you time to read all the information and policy online before booking. If you want to add an insurance do it online is cheaper then if you do it when you pick up the car.
Is a serious compagny and they know as well how to deal with customers when they are rude so rude. They keep calm bless them and offer alternative solution.
I'm a happy customer
