​I recently collected my Mazda CX-3 and want to give a massive personal thank you to Sara. She was absolutely lovely, incredibly helpful, and made the paperwork process a pleasure to deal with. She deserves 5 stars!

​However, I was very disappointed with the attitude of the male management/staff around her on collection day. The car was handed over with a chipped windscreen and a cracked driver's side wing mirror. While they knocked £50 off the deposit for the windscreen, the management completely brushed off the cracked wing mirror and simply told me to 'go on eBay' to find parts myself.

​Sara is a credit to Auto Globe, but management needs to take more pride in the condition of the cars they hand over and how they treat customers asking for basic repairs on day one.

I hope there isn't anymore things hidden that come to light later on down the line but for now its 3 stars for an honest review.

scammers. sold me a car that had holes in the brake lines, almost crashed the car with me mum in it. they knew there was holes, refused to refund me, laughed on the phone, didnt care less and even in an email told me im not getting my money back and said " go on then take us to court"

The AA didnt care less as they just sell there logo and have nothing to do with the sales or any issues with the cars. so if you see the AA sign it means Zero.

Not use before for used car purchase but definitely a find the staff helpful quality of car was as described customer rep was KJ and he was so pleasant to deal with not pushy like some dealers are made the experience fab. Now found will definitely consider using again for any future purchases and will definitely ask for KJ

Drove 150miles the truck was battered looked great in pictures and diesel flap doesn’t lock rusted central locking doesn’t work smashed rear wheel guard smashed passenger mirror casing terrible terrible experience I saw the vans they took in ripped them out polished them up and up for sale basically forced into buying a £12000 truck that has cost £3k to fix please don’t be fooled
