This is a review for delivery on the vehicle. Driver took the phone out of purchasers hand and wrote THEIR OWN review.
Not even given time to test out the car ourselves just given a false review.

Very dodgy stay well clear first thing they say is no returns even though a dealer trader has a 30 day return by law they seem to think this doesn't apply to them absolute time wasters. Just for your information as u seem to not know the rules....Under UK government rules, it is generally illegal for dealers to display "no returns" or "no refunds" signs, as these attempt to restrict a consumer's statutory rights. While shops do not have to accept returns for non-faulty items, they must offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it's supposed to.

Here is a breakdown of government rules on returns based on the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
1. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If a product is faulty, broken, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you have the following rights, regardless of what the dealer says:
0-30 Days: You have a legal right to reject the item and get a full refund.
30 Days - 6 Months: You are entitled to a repair or replacement. If that fails, you can ask for a refund.
6 Months+: You may still be entitled to a repair or replacement, but you may need to prove the fault was present at the time of purchase.
Second-hand Goods: If bought from a dealer (not a private seller), they must be in satisfactory quality based on their age and price.
+3
2. "No Returns" Policies
Illegal Notices: Signs saying "no refunds" or "sold as seen" are unlawful attempts to remove statutory rights and are considered misleading under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
Refusing Returns: If a dealer refuses to take back a faulty item, they are breaking the law.
Goodwill Policies: If a shop has a voluntary returns policy (e.g., "30 days to return if you change your mind"), they must honor it.

3. Online/Distance Sales (No-Fault Returns)
If you bought an item online, by phone, or by mail order, you have stronger rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
14-Day Cooling-off Period: You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
14-Day Return Window: Once you notify them of the cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the goods.
Exceptions: This does not apply to personalized items, perishable goods, or unsealed software/hygiene products.

4. What to Do if a Dealer Refuses
Quote the Law: Inform them of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for faults) or Consumer Contracts Regulations (for online sales).
Report to Trading Standards: Misleading signs or unfair treatment can be reported.
Section 75/Chargeback: If you paid by credit/debit card, you may be able to claim a refund through your card provider.
+4
Summary Table of Rights
Scenario In-Store (Non-Faulty) Online (Non-Faulty) Faulty Item (Store or Online)
Right to Refund No (Unless policy says) Yes (Within 14 days) Yes (Within 30 days)
"No Returns" sign Illegal Illegal Illegal
Returns Cost Customer pays Customer pays (usually) Dealer pays
Note: For used cars, the dealer must abide by the same 30-day "right to reject" rule if the car is faulty, regardless of "sold as seen" clauses. And yes shaz I did raise this with two of your employees one didn't seem to no the rules and one said categorically no to my face wen I ask about the 30 day rule so u need to change your policy's and I don't appreciate taking time off work to visit a dealer who isn't following the law it's misleading and very poor service.end of sort out your Policies if you are a dealer or trader and saying no returns isn't a get around do your research..

I bought a car from this company for my mum in November.
I got a local mechanic to look at the car when it arrived and he provided pictures of the underside of the car showing heavy corrosion and sent the following message...
"Having given this car a thorough inspection with another MOT tester. We both agreed this car is not fit to be used on a public highway and is a danger to the driver and public. We can’t understand how it could possibly have been sold in that condition and would need some serious work doing on it to make it fit to use in our opinion it is a death trap Due to its excessive corrosion"
The fact that this car A, passed an MOT and B, was deemed acceptable to be sold is a disgrace.
The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 star is because they did collect the car and send a full refund. However, I had to ask several times and threatened with legal action.
I dont have the option to upload the pictures that I have for whatever reason.
Avoid this company!
Also all of the 5 star reviews are clearly fake. This is where they had me. I should have looked at the reviews in detail rather than just what the average review rating is. I would advise anyone else to do the same.
