Oh, how I wish I never set eyes on this company!!!!
Car was sold with 3 months warranty on engine gearbox, and handwritten on the invoice, I was stupid and should of smelt a rat then, within two weeks the car lit up like a Christmas tree on the dash, Auto Grand come and got the car only because my daughter refused to drive it with her baby in the car, they said the fault code was oil quality, but knowing ford, It gives a amber then red service light not the fault code first was strange, they advised the oil now was changed and fault deleted, NOTE: is was said to be sold fully serviced up , clearly not even an oil change. Got the car back within a month all the lights up again.
I had to have Dash rebuilt the electronic dash repair company ( in Waltham Cross ) said someone had been in there with plumbers’ solder
The had to have the Engine ECU rebuilt (company advised of historical flood damage as the controller was very corroded )
This all-in turn made the ABS controller fault beyond repair.
Auto Grand gave every excuse you can imagine, and it would be shameful for me to quote
