Excellent experience. First time making a warranty claim so was nervous. Needn't have been, great service. From reporting the fault, claim was approved and car was fix in 5 days. Recommended!

Pointless having this warranty won’t even pay for a clutch when Iv had it 2 months and clutch was faulty a bit floating around inside and still say it doesn’t cover?

Whilst touring Europe with our motorhome, our Thetford fridge/freezer packed up. Thetford E.U. Directed us to one of their service centres for diagnostic testing. Long story short the fridge/freezer required replacement. A call to Autoguard for some advice/direction saw a replacement being fitted. After copies of sales receipt/proof of purchase and some photos of the old fridge/freezer Autoguard refunded the cost of the replacement. All in all I can’t thank the Autoguard team enough for the brilliant help and support during this process.

Communcation was prompt, clear and efficient.

A great experience having knowledgeable and helpful people to guide me through a concerning time.
Every stage of the process was made simple and my vehicle was repaired totally to my satisfaction.
I was very impressed with Autoguard. My only disappointment was that the whole cost of the work was not met in full; to my knowledge Autoguard didn’t meet the full hourly labour rate or the cost of diagnosis.
However, I am totally satisfied with the outcome.

One star is too much, as my warranty is a useless piece of paper as they don't cover anything. I am absolutely disappointed I would never recommend Auto gaurd, unless you want to waste money on a warranty that doesn't actually do anything. Customer services are rude and unhelpful. I will never ever use them again.

I was very pleased with the service I have received I rang and asked advice what to do and it was given and then my mechanic took over and contacted you direct and the job was completed, when you take out warranties I am always sceptical if they will actually honour what its states but on this occasion I needed not to worry and I am very pleased with the efficient way the car was repaired

Dont waste your money

What could have been a very stressful experience was eased by the helpfulness of all the people I spoke to and prompt payment after my car was fixed

Had a fault develop, which was a item covered by the warranty, got estimate approved by Autoguard had the repair done and claimed cost back which was settled within a week.

Great, communication throughout. Questions that I had was answered either on the phone or via email without too much of a wait time.
