The worst service ever in Pedersen and…
The worst service ever in Pedersen and Nielsen Risskov.
In January 2021 I took my Ford Fiesta for full service to check before syn. Pedersen and Nielsen specialists suggested to change brakes, the bill was 5.500 ddk. And that is fine. Since then the car had a slightly noticeable vibration, so I decided to bring it back for another check in April. They said that if it is connected to brakes I will not need to pay.
Next day they proposed that bearings are bad and need to be changed which will cost about 7.000 dkk. That is where I lost the belief in these people and brought the car to another service for second opinion.
Pedersen and Nielsen still charged me 900 dkk for that visit. They tried to claim that we have installed our summer tires bad, avoiding the fact that they don’t know how to install brakes.
In the workshop for second oppinion the mechanic didn’t find any fault in bearings but identified incorrectly installed brakes. What a surprise!
I am talking about a 4 years old car which doesn’t even have 100’000km.
I higly suggest everyone dealing with Pedersen and Nielsen to go and seek for second opinion before paying their expensive repairs which doesn’t have reasoning behind.
P.S.
Answering to Pedersen and Nielsen answer to my review - NO the car was vibrating for longer before than I changed the tires. It was vibrating since you changed the brakes! Stop talking about watermelons while trying to sell oranges. Enough!

Vi er kede af at du har haft en dårlig oplevelse i vores Risskov afdeling.
Dog vil vi også gerne have lov til at forsvare din kritik.
I januar får du lavet service og bremser på din bil.
I starten af april afhenter du dine opbevarede sommerhjul og enten monterer dem selv eller på et andet værksted.
Herefter begynder bilen at ryste, hvor du kommer med bilen igen i slutningen af april for at undersøge hvorfor.
Vi kan konstatere at hjulene er monteret med de forkerte hjulbolte.
Vi formoder at et hjulnav eller bremser er skæve, og som er grunden til at bilen ryster. Det oplyser vi en pris på og det ønsker du desværre ikke at vi skal lave.
Vi mener derfor ikke at det er vores fejl at bilen er kommet til at ryste, men vi forstår at det kan være træls med en bil som ikke virker 100%.

Great car dealer - very satisfied.
I bought a new Ford Focus 1.5 Eco Station Car, and I was impressed with the service throughout the whole sale and preparation of the new car. The car was delivered quickly and on-time - everything was as agreed. I had one issue with one of the tires, which was immediately fixed. Overall a good experience.
