Unresponsive after-service
I Had 4 wheels recently refurbished. It wasn’t a perfect job by any means, but it was adequate, at least compared to what they were beforehand, so I went with it. Then a few weeks later I noticed that one wheel had a blister of paint flaking off about the size of a 50p. I sent an internal note (from their website) of this to Autoklean but received no response. I sent a reminder a few weeks later, but again received no response. If this is the standard of their work and the sort of after-service care they have for their customers, I cannot recommend them.

Had nasty alloy wheel rim kerb damage on a new car, thankfully I found AutoKlean. The process was simple: I spoke via chat to a representative, who answered all my questions; filled in a form; sent some pictures of the damage; got a very competetive quote; was given options for dates; paid a deposit. A couple of days later the engineer arrived and did his magic, within one hour the damage had gone, it's as new as the day I picked up the car. I highly recommend AutoKlean.

My car was scratched intentionally using a key or knife on all 4 sides by some jealous individual. I spoke with 3-4 companies and explained my problem but none of them could give me assurance saying that scratches can be removed 100%. When I contacted Autoklean, they told me that they can send one of there engineers to my house to have a proper look. Mr Pete, came to my house had a look and assured me that vehicle can be brought back to its former glory and explained very clearly what the process is and how it works..His words gave me confidence to go ahead. Pete told me that I dont have to come and drop the vehicle but in fact he came and took my vehicle and dropped it back.. As he said earlier, my vehicle was back to its former glory!!

After he took my vehicle, he kept me updating on a daily basis by sending photos to show the progress they have made. This was fantastic.. Mr. pete you are a genius.. Thank you so much for making this whole exercise look so simple.. One last word.. anyone has any issues with car scratches please contact Pete at Autoklean.. You dont have to look at any other companies!!

A couple of days after Pete can round to do a paint repair job, my car got vandalised with yellow spray paint. I called Pete the next day at 6am and he came over later that afternoon. Managed to get all the paint off and did not charge me. Thank you Pete and the AutoKlean team. Seriously impressive service!!!

Pete from Autoklean came over today (2nd Ocr’21) to repair some bodywork damage, he did an absolutely fantastic job!! This is the 2nd time that I have used Autoklean and both times they have done an amazing job. Pete was punctual, polite, has a great work ethic and provides fantastic service. I would highly recommend this company, they are total Pro’s!

I would like to thank autoklean and especially to their technician Felipe for a sterling job. I was so well pleased with the high standard of work and his attention to detail. I have to say that I'm very impressed with the results and would highly recommend their services. Well worth it. Top draw!

Great service, communication and staff.

Ashley arrived in good time and repaired my scuffed alloy perfectly, great service and way easier than taking the wheel to a repair shop and waiting a week, was cheaper to!

Darrion came a bit late due to a previous customer job delay. Despite of it he had so much patience explaining me how he will clean my car roof during the cleaning process. On top of that he adviced me how to maintain the soft roof in future to avoid stains and moulding thinks on my car top. He had so patience using a soft brush and a special solution spray during the job. At the end we both were happy for the results. The whole process took an hour and half. Definitely I will recommend autoklean services to my friends. Many thanks to autoklean and Darrion.

I have used autoklean twice now. First time for minor scratch. 2nd one I done full ceramic coating in my TESLA MODEL 3 Long Range. Engineer called Darren done the ceramic coating for me. He done a fantastic job to my car in and out. He removed all the scratches as well. Darren is a very friendly trustworthy honest person, He done a grate job for me I’m very very happy ! Highly recommended. Darren deserves every success in life.

I had the best experience with Autoklean and cannot recommend them enough. I had a big scrape on my front bumper and Autoklean have been efficient throughout the whole process. Their quote was really reasonable and they were extremely professional when booking an appointment and with their correspondence. I would particularly like to pay my thanks to Pete, the technician who came to repair my car. He was professional, really friendly and worked brilliantly to make sure my car looked as good as new by the end of it. Excellent service and I would 100% go through Autoklean again in the future.

I needed a paint repair to my off-side front bumper. Autoklean were flexible in arranging the appointment at my home address and efficient in their correspondence. The technician - Pete - was timely, efficient, explained the process, and did a really good job. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

Unbelievable repair carried out to my diamond cut wheel, superb service straight to your door no inconvenience and amazing results. I’m so pleased with the quality of work that I’ll always use Autoklean well done and a special thank you to Michael who carried out the repair.

Absolutely brilliant service by these guys, would definitely recommend. Dan in the lave completely refurbished what looked like irreparable alloys and I was delighted with the finished product. Thanks a ton chaps!

Extremely disappointed. Technician attended as arranged and who was extremely polite, just like the rest of the team when booking this job in for 4 alloy wheels and body work scratched. Upon the technician inspecting the vehicle, I was advised that he did not have the correct paint colours. The manager (Pete) was then contacted on the telephone and who advised that such works could be done and the paint was infact on the vehicle. Upon the technician checking again and showing me the PC which identifies which paints are on the vehicle, it was abundantly clear the correct paint colours had not been checked the day before and were therefore NOT on the vehicle to carry out this work. Pete was equally courteous whilst on the telephone but accepted that a failing had taken place and that a refund would be appropriate. As per their own terms and conditions it states that unless discussions/agreements are in writing then nothing would be accepted. I therefore asked for Pete to email me with what had happened and the refund too which he confirmed he would do. Despite this, regrettably this was not provided or indeed the courtesy of failing to provide same or followed up, was given by Pete or any other member. I myself had to make further contact which was somewhat frustrating. It was also somewhat difficult to think about even re-booking (it having been re-booked before already) when being told by their own technician that having only recently joined the company, he was himself unhappy with the inferior products the company used and the poor approach being given to customer service and generally. He himself was leaving the company due to this. A refund was eventually received yet no email or follow up apology. Sadly, those contacts I was intending to refer to this company will no longer take place. Pete agreed that the images customers sent through should be looked at by a trained technician and not office staff any longer and that their vans should be stock checked the day before, so that customers like me would not waste time listening to issues between company members.

I am very happy with the service provided by Autoklean. Staff were all very helpful and explained their services thoroughly. The work was carried out by Daniel who did an absolutely amazing and thourgh job. Would definitely recommend Autoklean and will be using them in the future. Thank you Autoklean and Daniel.

Autoklean have provided great service, very easy to deal with, to get a quote and to book the job in. The technician, Filipe, has done an excellent job and the car looks as good as new again now!

Booked a deep clean for £140
And didn't get the service I was expecting. The operative was a body work specialist, not a valeter, and didn't have the right equipment to do the job I paid for. Very unprofessional outfit.
