A pair of Autolok Stoppas were incorrectly fitted to my up-and-over garage door, but a part was left out of the assembly by the handyman, meaning they didn't work. Removing one of them caused a plastic washer with lugs to break. I rang Autolok and asked if individual parts were obtainable. The chap said, "No problem," and I received two washers in the post two days later - free of charge!
It's not often that I am enthusiastic about customer service, but this sort of experience makes you a customer for life!

Outstanding customer service
I needed a spare key for a product which is over 25 years old.

So, I contacted Autolok and throughout my correspondence with Paul via email, he went above and beyond to assist in getting the key.

I received a next day delivery and now have the spare key I wanted.

The service I have experienced has been excellent from start to finish.

I highly recommend this business as their customer service is second to none.

I ordered three heavy duty telescopic posts for my driveway direct from Autolok after a local supplier couldn't guarantee next day delivery. Autolok did.

When the posts arrived the following day, one of the boxes was open and a padlock was missing. I contacted Autolok and they dispatched a replacement which arrived next day.

It's early days yet, but the quality of the posts seems excellent and I don't think anybody will be tampering with the upgraded PP30 padlocks.

Excellent customer service. Happy to discuss how to get replacement keys for my ancient, serial-number-not even-in-the-records, Autolok even though the profit involved will be pretty minimal.
Will most certainly buy my next autolok from here.

I ordered several items unfortunately several were damaged. They had not been fitted, they had not been used. They arrived damaged. Business refused to refund me unconditionally but instead insisted I sent the items back (at my expense) where they would be assessed and "may" be refunded. Photographs supplied. No way to run a legit business.

David was very helpful and I received a full refund following the return of an item that simply did not fit my vehicle. Would recommend to others.
