Automagic is claiming that there was no contract for service when in fact I received and signed three different contracts directly from the company that all stated the policies they are denying. Additionally, they are contradicting themselves by stating that I am not a client but my contract was fulfilled? So which is it?
To call me a liar after taking my money is so insulting and just shows how much this company lacks integrity. I invite everyone to read through the negative reviews and see how everyone’s claims are similar. And since I can’t post proof of their lies here, I will be publicly posting all proof on a website that is available for the public to cross reference and decide just who is actually lying here. Anyone can see my name and is welcome to contact me for proof. I fear for my own safety after the lengths this company has gone, sending multiple threatening emails for simply trying to find answers.
In October 2023, I discovered what was promoted as a passive, automated cleaning business through a Facebook post that claimed an investor had earned more than $25,000 within three months of launching, with ongoing monthly profits of $5,000 or more. I later found out the woman promoting it worked for the company—something that wasn’t disclosed at the time.
I invested $15,000 USD for a location, fully aware and accepting of the three-month setup timeline stated in the contract. But right from the start, things felt off.
Months passed without progress. By the six-month mark, the business had still not launched. Instead of the personalized updates from a dedicated manager as promised, I began receiving vague, repetitive emails that appeared to be AI-generated, filled with excuses and delays. When I requested a refund due to exceeded risk tolerance and lack of transparency, I was refused, and then blocked by both the woman who recruited me and the CEO. My follow-up questions went unanswered.
For a long time, I believed I was the only one facing these issues—especially given the abundance of glowing reviews. When I attempted to connect with others through comments, I was threatened with breach of contract. Still, I remained hopeful and silent, not wanting to risk losing everything.
The company repeatedly said they were overwhelmed and asked for grace, yet I continued to see them actively promoting to new investors. They blamed delays on people who they claimed had already left the company—only to later admit those individuals were still actively involved months after the fact. The inconsistency was deeply concerning.
In January 2025, I scheduled a meeting with the CEO, which was canceled. A second meeting was ignored. The third was attended by her partner, who admitted during the call that she had been unexpectedly thrown into it and was unaware of the meeting. Later, the company claimed that same person had been gone for over a year. The contradictions kept piling up.
Though I refrained from posting public reviews, I did try to connect with others. The company refused to create a group for investor communication, and those who attempted to join an Automagic recruiting group were blocked. In March 2025, I joined a private support group for clients of the company. There, I connected with over 40 individuals reporting the same experience: delays, false promises, threats, and fear. The patterns were undeniable, and documentation inside the group corroborated them.
Over the past 18+ months, I’ve thousands beyond the initial investment—expenses related to maintaining a legal business structure, additional software and advertising fees, lost work hours, and the emotional and physical toll. I couldn’t afford legal representation, so I sought group resolution through the support group.
In June 2025, I received another threatening message. This time, they claimed that “half the clients” had been refunded—despite telling me repeatedly that refunds weren’t possible. They suggested I try to sell my location to new investors they are bringing in, but I couldn’t in good conscience sell a business I knew wasn't operational. While I was mulling over the choice to leave the support group or stay, I was removed from the Telegram channel and my business was abruptly terminated two days later.
The efforts this company has made to silence unhappy clients are alarming. I have received multiple threats, felt isolated and gaslit, and lived in fear of retaliation for speaking the truth. I waited patiently for nearly two years, despite clear signs of trouble. I now have no business, no investment, and lingering fear of further consequences—for doing nothing more than asking questions, seeking support, and telling the truth.

Update – June 13, 2025:
After posting this review, Automagic responded publicly but did not reply to my formal refund demand email, which outlined clear contract breaches.
Their response misrepresents the situation. Despite claiming both businesses were “operational,” no business was launched, and I was never provided with working systems, bookings, or any proof of fulfillment.
Automagic has not provided:
• The promised business launches within 90 days (October 2023 & January 2024 agreements)
• Any relocation per contract after businesses failed to meet revenue milestones
• Any specific updates, login access, or documentation showing completed work
I have received no return on my $19,000 investment.
I will now be filing formal complaints with the Florida and Georgia Attorney General offices and the Better Business Bureau.
I remain willing to resolve this matter directly — but I will not be silenced or misled.

I didn’t want to write this, but I feel obliged to caution others about this company.
If you’ve considered investing in Automagic Solutions (now “Automagically Clean”) please read this before making the same mistake I did.
I’m sharing my experience based on dates, records, and receipts and everything is documented in emails, contracts, screenshots, and voice messages.
In December 2023, I signed with Automagic for three “automated” cleaning businesses. I paid $28,000 up front and in return, I was promised:
• Fully built-out cleaning businesses (branding, websites, staff, managers, marketing, etc.)
• Hands-off setup with a 3-month turnaround starting March 2024
• $5K/month per location in profit by Month 6 or I’d get another location free per each location not reaching that goal after six months. This was put into the contract so I would sign it.
• All marketing costs included, even paid Facebook marketing (I have documentation of this)
On March 3, 2024, as agreed, I was told the buildout had officially started. But from Day 1, there were red flags. There was continually a lack of communication and only generalized information was sent, never specific information about my businesses. A month in they said all branding had been finalized, but mine hadn’t even started. I had to create my own branding, website and Facebook pages since I needed it for Stripe to approve my account (which they had requested) and even though I reached out to them several times, they didn’t provide it, which left me no choice than do it myself even though it was included in my service contract.
I asked repeatedly for updates, but some emails were ignored and others were responded with vague information and there was no progress in my businesses. I finally got a meeting with one of the managers on May 21st 2024 and was told everything was on track, but unfortunately it wasn’t.
Every few weeks, I’d get a new launch date. Then another delay. Then no response. Then a new excuse. June, July, August, they just kept moving the launch date.
In November we got the news that marketing would no longer be managed by them. Now instead of the $27 I was paying for the management software I was expected to pay $197 for a new software per month and Facebook paid marketing was no longer covered. If we wanted to see results we needed to pay $600 per location per month for paid marketing management and an additional suggested $500/month for Facebook ads.
I started paying for the software in December after being told by the marketing company’s CEO that launch should be around a week after. Still no launch.
February 2025 I had enough and requested a refund, but my e-mails were ignored.
By April, I found out my three paid-for territories (Cathedral City, CA / Rowlett, TX / Somerville, MA) were also sold to other investors. These were meant to be exclusive (I have written proof of this).
To make it worse, they used my business account to respond for an urgent care clinic (I reported this with screenshot), they also send other locations’ leads phone calls to my personal phone number (reported this also) and even cold emailed prospects with my business name in a location I didn’t own (I reported this with screenshots to that location’s owner since Automagic had stopped responding to my e-mails by then and she escalated it with Automagic)
On April 14, 2025, I spoke directly with the CEO via a video conference. She first blamed the marketing company for the double selling of the locations, but I told her that wasn’t possible as this was months before they even started working with that company. After a very civilized conversation she agreed to a full refund, given the constant delays, my locations never launching and I actually didn’t even have any locations at that point because of their double selling.
She said she’d send me a Non-Disclosure Agreement that same day and the refund would be via check. It’s been over 60 days, no NDA, no check and no answers to my e-mails. Instead they blocked me from all social media, removed me from all company communications (even the Telegram chat for updates) and completely ghosted my e-mails.
The only times they've e-mailed me lately was to tell me to leave a private Facebook group of Automagic clients and if I wanted they would put up my locations for sale. What company with integrity would triple sell exclusive locations??? And again, no answers to my e-mails!
After 1 1/2 years of paying them $28K, I have no business, no launch, no support and no refund. Just empty promises, lies and lack of accountability.
And since being shut out, I’ve spoken with others who experienced similar stories.
I have every document to back this up. If they dispute this review or flag it, know it’s not because it’s false, it’s because they’re afraid to be uncovered.

Hello, I would like you all to know that this company has scammed tons of people out of thousands of dollars by claiming that she will build you a automated cleaning company. I am one of them. I paid her $10,000 for a location that was supposed to be setup within 90 days. I made that payment around November of 2023, with launching my specific cleaning location February 2024.
Once it was time, we received excuse after excuse after excuse about what was happening going on. We almost lost everything at the time when we invested in her company and bought a location. We literally used our last $10,000 in hopes this would bring us in some decent income to stay a float. We have countless emails, posts, excuses that we received throughout the years. Mind you, during this whole time we had already gotten our LLC paperwork, DBA, stripe, paying for different software programs we needed each month.
Probably about 6 months ago they told us that they needed to streamline everything, so here we go meeting a new company and new person that is supposed to help get our non existent business streamlined, yet we had seen nothing and now we would have to start paying for their software program which would be $147. Then they said that we would either need to pay $600 a month for the new company to manage our account OR we could have automagic cover the monthly $600 and we would have to have an immediate 30/70 profit split, however, we still had to spend money each month for advertising (because they were no longer offering that to us even though it was promised in the beginning. So since December of 2024, we have been spending $147 on the software and then now an additional $300 each month. When i message my "manager" she cannot confirm nor deny if we even have any cleaners hired.
At this point, I think they have gone so far into the lie that they are just making things up to the people who are still trying. Our family was struggling and they took advantage of it. As well as many other people.
Some of the ladies have put their reviews here, while others have been silenced.
They have been threatened with lawsuits, having to sign NDA's and blocked on Facebook if they even bring anything up about a lawsuit. I think its important to have the full information about someone and their business before doing business with someone.
According to some of these "reviews" people have had their businesses up and running during the same time we were receiving excuse after excuse.

😡 Very long but worth the read! 😡
Update: After I put my initial review on last September, I got an email from the company after they had ignored the emails I was sending for months asking for a refund. Their excuse was that my emails were going to spam but I know that is not true because I was getting responses to any email that wasn't asking for a refund.
Their email said they would refund all of my $15,000 that I had given them if I removed my negative trust pilot review, resended the email I had sent to my AG's office, and signed their NDA stating that they would refund all of my money with specific dates for the refunded amounts in $5,000 increments.
I received 1 $5,000 refund amount out of $15,000. Every email I sent after that asking why they did not hold up their end of the NDA was met with another excuse from October 2024 until December 2024 when they just stopped answering my emails.
I have been ignored ever since December 2024 until they discovered that we had a large group of people in communication about the scam they are running. They then sent out an email stating that we needed to leave the group to get a refund. Which I belive will not be honored anyway. Plus, I have sent an email back and received no reply which does not surprise me. They do, however, have time to try to get my review removed from trustpilot which they have tried to do already.
It has almost been 2 years at this point and all I really want is to get the rest of my $15,000 back from the scam they are running.
DO NOT believe the good reviews! None of them have a picture which probably means they are fake accounts or friends of the owner. Plus, a lot of them have similar wording and were posted in clusters.
Below you will find my original review I saved from last year. Please read that too! Contact me on Facebook if you have any questions. I have proof of all of this.
⬇⬇ Original review below from September 2024: ⬇⬇
I started my journey very optimistic. Automagic guaranteed that you would be making 5K per month in 6 months. This has not been true. I am currently over a year into my business and I have not received one single penny of income.
They pretend to do work for while by posting on your social media, sending out generic emails that are definitely AI generated, and you get excuse after excuse every single month. I was supposed to have launched my business back in December of 2023. They then put me off for the "holidays". After they came back from the holiday, they miraculously had an excuse about their software not being ready.
Every month after that it was another excuse about software, having to hire new managers, etc. etc. The excuses have not ended since then. Even now this month there were more excuses, September of 2024.
Nothing but empty promises and excuses month after month. They took 15k from me for this business. I have asked for proof month after month. Show me what you have been doing, who you have been reaching out to for cleaning jobs, give me specifics. They even told me back in July of this year that I was launched and had 5 cleanings booked. I asked for proof of that and they never sent it to me. I then asked later that month why I hadn't seen any income and they asked when I had been told that I had launched!!!!!
Do not believe any reply they make to this review. Others have left reviews and they have bullied them with threats of legal action if they don't remove them. That is why there are only 2 bad reviews right now and one says "as other reviews say". The other review they have tried to say that she was never a customer, which is most likely what they will say about me. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!
Beware and do not let them steal your money too! Good luck

Since Automagic likes to respond to all negative reviews on here by gaslighting it's clients to maintain an image of integrity so they can continue to scam people I figured i'd let people see how they operate first hand. After being promised a refund and being told TWICE by the owner that my check was in the mail I received this email yesterday. This company commits fraud. Run. Please do not purchase my location for more than I paid. It is worth nothing but stress.
Hi Bec,
I hope this message finds you well. I want to personally extend my deepest apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused by our recent decision to pause all refunds. Please know this was not a decision made lightly and I do apologize as I thought checks were being distributed and they have not yet.
Due to ongoing financial constraints, it became clear that continuing to issue refunds was no longer sustainable for our company to operate and serve all clients effectively. In order to keep Automagic Solutions running and ensure a future path forward for all of our clients, we had to temporarily halt refunds while we work on a long-term resolution.
That said, we are actively pursuing a solution and want to reassure you that your location has been added to our internal sales list. We are currently in talks with multiple investors who are interested in purchasing locations from our clients. This is the only viable path for us to issue refunds at this time — by selling existing client locations to new buyers who want to take them over.
I do want to also note that we will list your locations for more than what you originally paid service for, to also allow you to make a profit off of the sale. This way you can walk away with atleast a gain for working with us on this.
We do have serious interest from several parties and are doing everything we can to move this process forward quickly and efficiently. Our goal is to secure an investor — or a group of investors — to begin purchasing back locations in bulk no later than the end of July.
We truly understand how disappointing this may be and again offer our sincerest apologies. We are working incredibly hard behind the scenes to bring this solution to life and appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this time.
Thank you for sticking with us. If you have any questions or would like to be updated specifically on the status of your location sale, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me as I will be your only point of contact throughout the process.

Edited Response to Automagic:
I have email correspondence directly from the owner confirming a refund, which was never received. I also have a follow-up email from an Automagic admin stating the refund would be withheld due to my Trustpilot review. The owner and team at Automagic have repeatedly misrepresented the situation and have responded with gaslighting rather than accountability.
Follow-Up to My Original Review of Automagic Solutions – A Cautionary Account Based on My Personal Experience
This is a follow-up to my original review of Automagic Solutions, written to provide additional context and to help inform others who may be considering investing and working with this company.
Between mid 2024 and early 2025, I experienced ongoing challenges trying to get support and consistent communication from the company. Despite numerous attempts prior to February 26, 2025, to reach the owner, I received no response. I then contacted her team and included the third-party business used to manage purchased locations. Only after that outreach did I receive a reply from the owner. She asked me to forward my original email, which I did promptly. Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up after that.
After weeks of silence and growing frustration, I decided to share my experience on Trustpilot on April 9, 2025, to help others be aware of the situation and make informed decisions. Within 30 minutes of posting my review, I received notification that Automagic flagged my review, and shortly after, I received an email from the owner expressing regret about my experience. We exchanged emails from April 9 to April 16 in an effort to find resolution.
During that time, I was offered several alternatives to a refund, including a complimentary location, renewed assurances to launch my two locations by the end of May, and mention of potential resale opportunities if the locations became operational.
Given that I had been waiting for over a year without any type of progress, I declined those options and requested a refund so I could move on.
Additionally, one of the conditions communicated to me in order to receive a refund for my two purchased locations was that I sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). I question why any business would require someone to never speak about their experience—whether positive or negative—if they operate transparently and have nothing to hide.
In email exchange on April 16, it was advised that I would receive documentation by the morning of April 18. That did not happen. On April 21, I received another message stating the documents would be sent the next morning. In the same message, I was asked to remove my review from Trustpilot.
As of today, April 30, 2025, I have not received the documentation or a refund, and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. In my personal view, delayed responses and lack of follow-through have been recurring issues throughout my interactions. Please refer to my first review for further details.
Since my initial review, I have been contacted by several other individuals who say they’ve had similar experiences. While I cannot speak for them, I believe it’s important for potential investors to be aware of concerns shared by other clients.
This review reflects my personal experience only. I encourage anyone considering a business relationship with Automagic Solutions to conduct thorough research and proceed thoughtfully.

I am still waiting to launch my business. I invested in October 2023 and nothing yet. I retired from my job, hoping this would be up and running after a year . But still nothing. I can’t keep paying out when I’m getting nothing back .
It’s been so hard . I’m hoping either I get refunded ( I asked for last November 2024) I just got they are not refunding right now $14,000 Canadian . I never asked for interest just the balance. They have been nice and explained all the difficulties they had had, but I’m now struggling as well :(

I’ll be honest—I was initially worried about the delays in launching my cleaning business and started to feel a bit anxious. But Automagic truly exceeded my expectations. They showed me that they genuinely care about their clients' success and are 100% legitimate. The setup process was smooth, professional, and totally worth the wait. Since launching, my income has been steady, and I’m so glad I stuck with it. This has been a game-changer for me!
Four locations in, and set to purchase our fifth location this upcoming January. If you want a done for you, hands free passive income business, look no further. Yesterday, I put in my two-week work notice for my government position, which I've been at for over 2 decades. Tomorrow is my 56th birthday, and being able to rest easy knowing I have these business to give to my three precious children is the best gift I could ever ask for.

Cimmunication with my Automated Solutions manager Jessica Sassi, has been less than satisfactory . After an introductory enail that was very positive…, nothing!! I have received only the Sept 2024 first Friday update despite requesting Oct Friday update repeatedly via enail and Facebook requests. My preferred location has bot been confirmed . I became a client and made my deposit ($10K) in June 2024. I was referred by another client/owner. She basically guided me thru the purchase process and answered my questions. There was no difficulty making my electronic transfer of funds to secure a spot in the June 2024 new client group . Emails were answered promptly and questions answered succinctly. . My launch timeline and tasks to be completed were outlined on my client page. I was informed that my launch would be the end of August. .Everthing seemed to grind to a halt by Sept. It was when I called ny friend (who had initially referred me) that fhings becane clearer. She forwarded the August webinar that I viewed . A new software system was being developed , No new clients were being accepted due to software devekiomebt and activation. Unanticipated growth was also citef in the webinar as cause for delayed launch. Launch is now anticipated to be Nov with communication to be handled through the improved software system. It can inly get better, right? Hallelujah!
Mesnwhile, I am asking “where’s the money?”ala Jerry McGuire. 👍😎🙏❤️
unanticipated growth and developing new software. Launch in Biv👩🏻🦰👍🙏
