The car was in so-and-so condition
The car was in so-and-so condition: AC didn't function as it should, tyre was damaged and needed to be inflated every 2 days; no GPS function, connection with phone by Androidcar did not work. My wife had to navigate the whole week by phone. Really stupid and dangerous. The description of the car I wanted to rent, mentioned room for 3 big luggage pieces. In reality we had to use the backseat to install 1 big suitcase, next to our daughter.

Recent car - friendly service at the office - good response on Whatsapp messages. Even a change of the return location was facilitated and agreed upon in a smooth and quick way.
Only point not to give the fifth star: the information previously provided on the Sunny Cars website has not been transmitted to Automania.
But would certainly book again the same way!

Just dropped off the car after 4 beautiful days in Napoli! The car was perfect and the staff amazing! Picked us up from the airport and dropped us back there today! No issues with extra charges or dodgy sales people so far! Will let you know if i have any issues! Thanks you Automania!

Everything was excellent.
The Rental Car Location is a bit hard to find at Catania Airport, but it is only a 5 min walk. The Service staff was friendly and helpful. The car was brand new. The return was easy too. I would absolutly recommend Automania at the Catania Airport.

We rented the car through BSP Auto.
We rented the car through BSP Auto.
At the counter to get our car we discovered that Automania had conditions that were not in BSP Auto´s voucher: Automania asked for a 100€ deposit to garantee fuel level and cleaness when returning the car. Also, we discovered that Automania didn´t accept debit cards or virtual credit cards ... so we had to buy there insurance to cancel the deductible (an insurance that we had already bought from BSP).

There was a minimal scratch at the plastic part of the tire, which was maybe even there before. I had to pay , they wanted to optimise themselves

If any damage is identified during the subsequent inspection the damages are then assessed by the partner body shops we work with. Once the repair estimate is received, Automania will proceed with charging the corresponding amount.
The customer is always informed in a transparent manner regarding the cost and the charge for any detected damages.
