I ordered 8 Airtac GPR30008HT precision…
I ordered 8 Airtac GPR30008HT precision regulators for $489.60 + $28.95 shipping from this company. They do not list the STOCK status on the order page. After the order was complete I received a prompt email letting me know these items are out of stock and asked me if I wanted to cancel the order. I said I did want to cancel and they submitted a refund within 1 business day. That was a very fast refund but the problem is, they didn't refund my shipping costs of $28.95? I reached out and asked why I didn't receive a full refund and I received the following response.

The 28.95 was for the shipping fee. Under our return policy, the shipping charge is not refundable.

Remember, the order was canceled the exact same day it was placed, the part were not even in stock so they had no labor or materials wrapper up in handling. My order cost them absolutely nothing but their policy requires they keep my shipping payment. What a ridiculous garbage policy. I manage procurement for a manufacturing facility in Missouri, we spend 10s of thousands every year on AirTac parts, looks like I will exclusively be using Trimantec for these purchases moving forward.

This is better but that policy is terrible and they made me write this review to get taken care of. If I get an email from them saying they have changed this policy for items not shipped I will change this review to a 3 Star but that's as high as it can go.
