This place is a joke! They gave me a dirty, broken car, charged me hidden fees, and forced me to clean the car or pay an extra €25. The staff was rude and barely spoke English. They even photocopied my ID and credit card and passed it around between employees! Super sketchy. Non fidatevi!

First, they gave me a mini electric car that didn’t even work. Fantastic. I got to wait extra long for them to fix their mistake.

Then, they surprised me with hidden fees. I had already paid online, but apparently, that wasn’t enough. Oh, and if I returned the car dirty? Another €25 charge!

The best part? They photocopied my credit card and ID and passed it around like a group project. Sketchy, right?

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Everything was perfect fast

Brand new car at a fantastic price.
We arrived in Roma Termini station & went to the car rental zone to pick up our Audi A3 which we booked the week before.
The car was spotlessly clean and had a full tank of petrol.
It was ready for collection and the staff were so friendly.
I will definitely be returning to Frank autonoleggio when returning to Rome.

Avoid this company. Rented few days ago a car for 5 days and they keept the deposit of 900€ with no reason. We also had full cover insurance for any damages or theft. Returned the car and the day after they keept the deposit.

Great car, reasonable price, fantastic service, I will return to this company. I would highly recommend 👍🏻

Scammers!!! They will never give your refund back, after you leave the car they claim damages even after saying everything looks good!

please dont rent car from here . they are total scam. I booked a car from 31st July to 5th August and deposited 600€ through my VISA Card . And they told me that it will just be on hold but instead pulled out the money from my bank . And I have messaged them often on whatsapp and even called and they are not responding to me . So please don’t rent a car from here

From the very beginning, Frank Auto displayed an unprofessional attitude and lack of integrity. Their website seemed legitimate and promised reliable service, but it was all a façade. After returning the vehicle in pristine condition, I eagerly anticipated the return of my €400 euros deposit. Unfortunately, this anticipation quickly turned into frustration and anger as I realized that Frank Auto had no intentions of honoring their own policies.

Despite sending numerous emails and making countless calls, my attempts to reach Frank Auto were met with silence. It is apparent that they deliberately target foreigners, knowing that once they leave the country, their chances of pursuing legal action or resolving any issues diminish significantly. This blatant exploitation of unsuspecting tourists is simply unacceptable.

I rented a car from this company in Naples airport for 2 days also paying additional costs to deliver it in Roma Termini. Car was returned as agreed, was thoroughly checked, papers were signed and I was assured that my security deposit of 600 Euros would be accordingly returned. Next day I received an email stating that 250 euros would be withdrawn from deposit for scratches found, something absolutely figurative.
No other communication was possible with the company even though I told them that I have fotos and video of the car before and after rental.
Now, after a simple search about the company, it's very obvious that are more victims like me and this is a very common practice by them.
