⚠️ Attention– Future buyers, please read before dealing with this dealership
I feel it’s important to warn others about my experience. I bought a car here in August. I was told it was in great condition. That was not true.
Shortly after the purchase, several issues started to appear. To be fair, the dealership did fix the smaller problems at first. But there is a much more serious issue– extremely high oil consumption, clearly caused by an internal engine fault that was already there when they sold me the car.
For months I tried to solve this in a friendly and reasonable way, in person and over the phone. The moment they realised the repair would be expensive, they completely walked away. No responsibility, no help, nothing.
They advertise “guarantee” and “fully checked cars” on their website, but when it really matters, they don’t stand behind their words. I’m now left with a car that needs a major repair, and a dealership that refuses to honour their obligations.
I have reported the case to the Danish consumer authorities (Forbrugerrådet Tænk / Motorankenævnet), and I genuinely hope justice is done.
To anyone thinking of buying here: be very careful. Get everything in writing, double-check the car, and don’t trust their promises blindly
