Prime Choice Auto Parts now called AutoShack is a big scam. I ordered parts according to their website recommendation for my car after matching the WIN number. Since it was online order, to be doubly sure, I called the Customer Service who again confirmed that the Rotors and Pads I was ordering were right ones for my vehicle. It turns out the the rotors send are too big for my vehicle and since the order was made made than a month back, they cannot accept return even though it was a mistake in their website ans customer service.

Great place to get parts and great service. I recommend it to everyone I know that needs parts.

The only one thing I would try to improve is the duration of the ordering process: it takes about 10-15 minutes for attendant to search through the system and do all paperwork.
Everything else is perfect: courtesy and knowledge of personnel, delivery time, etc.

personnal know what they are talking about and if you have question and they don't know the answer they will get some that does know

Every item I was looking for was in-stock and cheaper than others. Plus, a lifetime warranty for only a few bucks more! I am very satisfied with my purchase and i will definatly be using Prime Choice for my future needs.

I saved close to $800.00 from the dealer and found the quality to be excellent!!

I never had any problems with them. One time, I ordered a brake master cylinder with the reservoir. After I went to the site to pick it up, the master cylinder did not have the reservoir. Prime Choice took care of it immediately and ordered the right part.

The team at Prime Choice Auto Parts in Ottawa were a dream to work with. I had placed an online order for a car part, but the transaction did not seem to work out, so I went in person.
The sales person checked all records carefully for me, assured that I wasnt doubled up on my purchase and was able to give me the part I needed immediately. The manager added his personal guarantee that should a charge appear later from the attempted internet order, he would correct it.
The replacement part was PERFECT, and I had my vehicle fixed in no time at a fraction of the cost.
As a woman, I appreciated that I was dealt with in a professional manner on par with the other 'guys'...not always the case in some auto -related environments.

Website was easy to navigate and the part I had ordered was there waiting for me when they said it would be. I was really happy with the whole experience.

Well worth the drive to either location in Ottawa - parts are quality and the staff are all friendly. If they dont have it, they'll find it!
