extremely rude company

extremely rude company, you contact them on there website in English, and they respond in Czech.
No info available on the website about availability, what so ever.
you make a reservation and get the responce we do not have any cars available for the summer period.

then you make a new email account. and write them in Czech with google translate. and suddently they have available cars ? then you write back to them in English, and claims they never got such request.

Would strongly recommend not to engage with such a misleading and unrealiable company

Ohh and when you tell them they just informed a "friend" about a car being available. they actually Provide you with the full name of a complete stranger whom asked for a booking. and the period of time they are renting a car for. and even wheat country that person is going on vacation in ??
