Please take my advice and do not use this company, even if your quotes are higher elsewhere there is a reason for this ! They will do anything to avoid paying a claim, steer clear at all costs, I'm trying to help you before you end up in my situation with this company

I was dealt with by Anna, who firstly put me at ease then sorted my car insurance problems for me most efficiently.
On top of that the quote was cheaper this year than last.
I was well pleased with the result.

I’ve just turned 70 and held a full clean licence since 1972, 20+ NCD.
Autosan quoted me £972 on a 2022 Suzuki Vitara Full Hybrid. Lloyds Bank Insurance quoted £298.
Big difference for exactly the same cover and excess.

Had a policy with them after Tesco shut down, they gave me a great price, and when I needed to cancel my policy, Donna was incredibly helpful.

Appalling company. I have a cracked windscreen and there was a long wait to get it fixed with their approved repair company. I phoned up and asked if, given the circumstances, they would allow me to use another company and still pay for the repair and they agreed to this. They have now gone back on their word. My repair appointment has been cancelled the day before and Autosan have listened to my previous call and admit what they said but said that they shouldn't have said that. They have no plans to compensate me for the inconvenience and expense I have as a result and have said they can do nothing to help.

Absolutely disgusting and fraudulent company. They steal money from customers and have no appropriate explanations for the added costs and fees which are fraudulent. They also threaten and harass and make many mistakes with policies including keeping policy’s open with no cars assigned to the policy. Please use a different insurance company, anyone is better than them.

I was the same end period with insured the box with good references and no any problems with this, so then I believe their introduced Autosan car insurance can be trusted. But what is happening, this company used several different name of title email me and sent me again and again thread, asking me for all my personal details, documents more and more, cancelled the policy with unreasonable but also took away portion of payment that I made.
P.s. no any reason, no claims, many of frustration only asking to given all my personal details and docs
Look, simply we all known UK companies all are running fraud and scam.

Solid insurer, i used to be with tesco black box insurance but they closed it down and they referred me to this company. They offered me a very good price which was too good to pass up on. It was very easy to set up my insurance and the lady on the phone was very helpful, my renewal is up soon and if im offered a good price again i will definitely stay.

Just signed up for car insurance with this company, the bloke Dave on the phone was magnificent with getting me the right quote and the right price, a lot better than other insurers were offering. He was extremely patient and kind, will see how it goes but so far customer service is outstanding.
