Unable to figure out how to sell on AutoScout24
I bought a car on AutoScout24, but the selling process is a mess. How do they arrive with a huge number of cars for sale with a site this bad?
Autogallerie Eindhoven
Hi AlI, I saw a car Nissan Qashqai on Autoscout24 which was available at Autogallerie Eindhoven (Pascal) 5 months ago for 16000 euros. My car started giving problems from very first month. I talked to Pascal and he said I can't do anything and have to contact warranty company. I almost spent 2500 euros as of now for repair cost on a car which I recently bought from Pascal. I have gone thru so much agony due to this dealer. Never ever recommend anyone to buy from this dealer
I post a broken car to sell and…
I post a broken car to sell and autoscout24 deleted my car and call me more persoon with a small price.

Very bad system of price evaluation
Very bad system of price evaluation. The seller can put whatever options on the list without verification. Wich means that the description of the car is being evaluated in the higher category than it actually belongs. Thus very good deals are in the end not good at all, because the auto is missing the options. When I sent an email to Autoscout about this problem, the reply was that they do not intervene in the sale process.
Awful site
Awful site. They removed my ad soon after I paid the €29.99 fee, claiming they needed to perform security checks. I immediately sent back a scan of the registration licence of my vehicle. Haven’t heard back since. I ended up selling my car through another site. Despite several emails, I haven’t received a single reply. Looks like my money is lost.
Lots of scams and ads for damaged cars…
Lots of scams and ads for damaged cars from the US! Watch out on good deals from US vendors, those cars are exported to the EU because they can not be sold in the US. Those cars salvage or lemon vehicles, meaning insurance couldn’t repair them. They were sold on Copart and repaired quickly by some amateur garages. Once the cars look decent some unscrupulous second hand car dealers in the US place ads on Autoscout and you get screwed by thinking you are doing a good deal! A lot of fake ads also from Eastern European mafia on this website! Better buy from your trusted local dealers or branded dealers after a good inspection has been done by them. Maybe not the same deal but less headache and the assurance of having a good car.
