Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Avoid this dealership at all costs.

We bought a car for our son in October 2025. He only started driving it after passing his test in January 2026, and almost immediately the problems started. The car had clunking noises when braking and turning, and by March smoke was coming from the turbo boost pipe.

We contacted the dealership multiple times and spoke with both Phillip and Stephen. Phillip repeatedly said he did not deal with warranty issues and told us to contact Stephen. Stephen told my son to bring the car in, which he did despite only being allowed to drive at 45mph on R plates.

When he arrived, nobody even seemed to know he was coming and Stephen was nowhere to be seen. A mechanic briefly looked at the brakes and confirmed they were warped, saying the car needed booked in properly with Stephen. From that point on, my son repeatedly phoned, emailed, messaged, and even returned to the dealership in person, only to be told Stephen or Phillip were unavailable — despite being told they were there every day.

The complete lack of communication, responsibility, and after-sales support has been shocking. My son was left driving what felt like an unsafe vehicle with no meaningful help from the dealership whatsoever.

In the end, we had no confidence left and had to arrange for the vehicle to be inspected by a certified Mercedes dealership ourselves at our own inconvenience and expense.

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. Once they have your money, don’t expect customer care or support.
