I brought a front arkym style splitter for my bmw e93, doesn't fit well at all and has lasted only a couple of weeks as absolutely smashed when I went over the 1st speed bump very slowly, material is very poor. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Orderedeliveryd somethink from this company

Ordered somethink from this company . Shocking customer service. Goods due 06.11. That's weeks after I ordered it . I contact them asking were it was to be told going to be another 3 days . TRACKING DETAILS Given don't say anythink. And I guess unless had contacted them would of know the delay . Have asked for a reason . And guess they have gone quite.

Avoid and read reviews before you go there

Ceejay Maher , from Maher commerce ltd / Auto styler as he’s advertising , did our car window tinting .After lots of faults and damaging the heating on the back window , replacing foil and leaving the job with scratches, bubbles and other problems is refusing to rectify or refund £150 , which for full quality service .Avoid at all cost !

I was left with lots of creases and bubbles on the foil, after repairs I had the heating on the back window damaged . Problems are still not solved and the business owner is refusing to do it.The company name actually is Maher Customs Ltd

Do not use unless you want to spend time chasing.

Had an absolute nightmare with these people. It took numerous phonecalls and time out of my day to chase and chase my refund.
15 notes on their system. At least 18 calls from me over a 2 month period.

All spawned from speaking to the sales manager prior to my purchase (more training is needed especially for a manager. Mark) Explaining what van I had and registration.

Sent out the wrong item and was damaged.

Do not under any circumstances use this company.
Even when saying I was going to leave a poor review even managers didn't care.

Absolute waste of time!!!!

Very poor service indeed

Very poor service indeed. We travelled over 100 miles to have a hardtop fitted to my Amarok. The top itself seems to be fine. However a piece of plastic trim was not fitted back properly and was not noticed at the time of installation. I would have simply clipped it back into place myself by it is misaligned and I did not want to break the part. I called to arrange a time to get it fixed. Given the distance and the cost/time impact, I thought that it would be reasonable to ask for a discount on a carpet bed to actually add some value to the unnecessary long drive. To be fair, they offered 10% off that and free installation. However, it would be 3 weeks before they could do it. The trim part already has some whitening on the plastic tabs which means it is under stress and will likely break in the near term. I believe a company ought to own its mistakes and do what is necessary to solve the issue in a timely and equitable way at the customers convenience and NOT THEIR OWN. This is the way I run my own business.

Had I read the trustpilot reviews beforehand, I would not have used this company.

The staff appeared unconcerned about the possibility of another bad review here. Be warned.

I will go to the VW dealer to get the part refitted.

Rogues!!!!!!

Well looking at the other reviews I can see I’m not the only one ripped off by these rogues.
Once they have your money that’s it! They will not help you afterwards even if the parts you order and pay for don’t turn up.
If you are thinking about purchasing a truckman top think again, the build quality is poor and when you need Some after sales back up, well it may as well be non existent. Thanks again autosyling and here’s another good honest review to go to your collection.

The service of one of your members, the first member I have come into contact with in fact is nothing short of exemplary. I have encountered a combination of immediate help and very down to earth but genuine and humble, informed advice from your team member Bob in this last month at what I'm sure year-end is a very busy and dynamic feeling time. Bob gave me unconditional and genuine feeling advice and not rushed in any way nor pressurising. I had telephoned speculatively as have had a difficult time recently a new knee and a somewhat traumatic time with my new vehicle I had waited years, not months to pluck the courage up and buy so my confidence was quite low but Bob's manner put all my fears aside and ultimately I have ended up purchasing one of your styling EU bars which is a large purchase for me as a result of his time and efforts to ensure it was the right thing for me and compatible with my vehicle most importantly... all customers' things that are often taken for granted until you go somewhere that doesn't... and then like this gentleman / your company - somewhere that does... it makes you want to a) shop there, b) tell others and c) return again. Immediately upon hearing my requirements, item was ordered for me and then advice, what felt like going above and beyond, but actually sounded like second nature to the team member Bob as it was so natural to him to not let me go or order until I was sure and we were correct in selection against my vehicle as categorising my vehicle and year/type are especially confusing to me. I received a call and voicemail today that it has arrived so I am delighted and will be visiting with my partner as we book a day off for the fitting from Nottingham one day soon and i hope to enjoy the occasion and meet Bob if possible to say 'thanks' in person. I may even purchase more on show if appropriate etc! Bob has minimum fuss and maximum positive attitude and customer first manner; a credit to the organisation, thank you.

Avoid Autostyling they just don't care.

Ordered and paid for a Mountaintop Roll cover and was told it would be a 3 to 4 week wait for delivery, no problem so far. Contacted Autostyling after 4 weeks and was informed that my order was in stock and to expect delivery in 2 days. 5 days later I was still waiting. E-mailed them and had no reply. Called them was cut off twice before again being told to expect delivery the next day. Still no delivery. My order eventually arrived a week later having had no further contact with the company and it had only been sent the previous day. Since then a letter to the managing director pointing out my complaint has not been answered. The cover I ordered is fine but the attitude Autostyling has to it's customers is terrible, they don't give a dam. Don't use them, spend your money with a company who don't lie to customers, keep to their delivery dates and actually care about customer service. Ill say it again - Avoid Autostyling they are useless.

Best customer service

I had an issue with the lock on my hardtop. Called and spoke to Sophie who booked me. When I got there Becky was marvelous, Sophie was just the best . They constantly kept me informed of what was going on and in no time Jas/Jus had completed the work.
Drove off with a big smile.

Truckman Have has there day

Truckman Paint is thin and bubbles after 14 months. Not as good as they use to be. It’s cheep Chinese rubbish. Try other brands I have 7 trucks and 1 truckman. I’m getting rid of it for another brand.

Ordered some mats and they never turned up, kept being told they will be with you by the end of the week, then I will call you back (which they never did). Never use this company appalling unprofessional service.

Appalling service

Appalling service which does not reflect the quality of the product. I arrived at 0930 for a fitting of a canopy and bed mat which I was told originally would take an hour and at 1130 they had not even started work. When I complained they said they would put two men on the job and have it completed within an hour but it still took a further 2 hours to complete the work. While doing the work they removed 4 chrome tie down hooks and a cable lock which were not returned to me at the time.
The staff were dismissive and rude and the attitude was pretty much we’ve got your money so we’re not really bothered how we treat you.
Very disapointed with the service and attitude from Truckman and would not recommend anyone go to them to get things fitted.

I understand that the vehicle had an existing Over Rail Bedliner, this Bedliner had to be removed, trimmed down and then refitted to the vehicle before the hardtop could be fitted, this therefore delayed the fitting of the Hardtop and Bedmat.

Additionally, there was a delay in fitting because payment was taken onsite, we prefer to take payment prior to the customer arriving either over the phone or via bank transfer so the products can be released and are ready to be fitted when the customer arrives. However, you chose not to do this.

Several of our colleagues have tried to contact you multiple times via phone and e-mail to offer you a refund on the Bedmat as a goodwill gesture. Please contact a member of the team on 01384 485 405, so we can arrange this for you.

Worthless warranty and appauling staff attitude

This company will not honour their 3 year warranty, I bought my pick up with canopy in 2015 , 20 months later the canopy lock failed but they refused to replace it under warranty as some of the warranty sticker with the serial number had come off. I was accused of removing the sticker myself ,the very arrogant and unhelpful minion that I spoke to was completely unprofessional and had plenty of attitude with it. In my opinion a product with a 3 year warranty means 3 years not when the sticker comes off, maybe instead of using stickers for serial numbers they should use a metal plate riveted on like a lot of more reputable companies do. I suppose if a sticker is used, in the event of it falling off or getting defaced they don't have to honour their warranties though do they, I suppose it makes a lot of business sense really not having to pay out for warranty work. I for one would never use this company again and would urge others not to use them also, there are better alternatives out there with good morals unlike truckman who's attitude is sell the product but forget the aftersales/customer care. Obviously no interest in repeat business and will lose out when my friend who works for a large water company changes his order for 6 pick ups with canopies to a different supplier,sorry truckman but you have slipped up big time here and all for the cost of a £70 lock ! Oh and the canopy pours water in too leaks like a sieve another reason to avoid at all cost, I really hope this review helps potential customers to make a sensible choice when choosing a canopy for their pick up. UPDATE truckman responded to my review saying their manager would contact me on a certain day , that day has now passed and I'm still waiting for them to contact me I think they probably say that so it make it look like they are trying to resolve issues when really they are not
I'm still waiting truckman if you have the decency to call me , I live in hope !!!
