Great experience from Kabeera’s team from arrival through diagnosis, to great value quote to supply and fit 2x TPMS at £60 each (KwikFit £110, National £100) and supply and fit a D3S headlamp bulb for less than the cost of the bulb alone from Halfords, all fitted while I waited - and good coffee too! I’ll be back….
This is the best garage in the world, the staff are second to none, they work so fast under such busy circumstances and it’s really impressive. Furthermore, the amount of dedication they put into customer service is impeccable, I rang them while I was outside as I was disabled and couldn’t walk far, they answered instantaneously and got us straight in for a repair analysis. I also wanted to comment with regards to the hospitality we received, they gave us “free” hot chocolate and it was the nicest hot chocolate I have ever had in my entire life, I went for a simple tyre repair and received an unexpected customer service experience that I never thought existed anymore. Thanks so much to the staff and their speedy service and for going the extra mile for customers!
