I am really disappointed. Already waiting 2 months and nothing, despite following up by email without any news!! I did a video-identity-check etc on June 30th. I do not understand what a "fast payout" means to you…

I had a fantastic experience with Auxmoney. The process was incredibly easy and I was able to get the financing I needed quickly and efficiently. The interest rates were competitive and the repayment options were flexible, which made it easy for me to manage my finances. I have had two very positive experiences with auxmoney so far. My conclusion: fast, uncomplicated and extremely reliable!

They are very slow when it comes to sending the approved loan amount even after sending all the necessary documents. I am still waiting for the money! If I look at the previous reviews I fell I would never get the money in my bank account, disappointed after spending lot of time to complete the process and end up waiting.

Very high interest rates and fees, even with an excellent credit history, income, and permanent employment contract. I recently switched to another financial institution, and received roughly a third of the interest rate that Auxmoney was charging me with a much higher approved amount. If this is your only option, then it's nice that they look at other factors to allow more people to take out a loan - but if you have a good, steady income, with a permanent contract or other assets, look elsewhere.

I am really dissapointed. I needed money on time because of something very important. When I went through their forms for my request they asked me what is most important to me, I checked "quick payout", like that would make any difference. Apparently it does not. Tomorrow it is going to be a week since I requested money. I did a video-identity-check etc on the 25th of July. It's the 31st now. I am just dissapointed. I do not know what a "fast payout" means to you but in this time I could have printed out all my income statements, have physically mailed them to some bank, have had someone, in person, look through them and then mail me back a "yes" or a "no". The whole online-thing did not save me any hassle in this case.

So far not happy with service everything is done got loan offer last week and the signed contract send back from last 5 days but stil no payout of loan and always when called they said some problem in file but nobody know whats the problem...and always says we ll call you back but noone call back...i dont know if they are serious at all..

I've requested a credit through N26 and auxmoney and then all the pain begin.After I did the Identification ,i had to contact them several times to know some documents were missing (i did everything what they said).Then i ve sent to their partner bank all documents, and after also several messages from me and time they told me the request was rejected. After 2 months auxmoney contacted me again that they were missing some documents! Never ever with auxmoney and n26!!!

Worst bank or non bank service!! Have applied to them for a credit, it was approved next day, and after 3 weeks , still wait for the money. They are not serios. Everytime you ask them, "everything is ok, you need to wait! " very bad services!!!
If they have 1000 demands, in 1 month, and 2 employes, still can't take them more than 1 month to sign a paper, and send it to the bank, or where they need to. If you need money for Christmas, and it's august, then maybe it's good service.
And at this interest, you think they do the best, but no! They screw you, on your money!!!
