Hair slide tarnished black.Messaged avalaya but didnt even receive a reply.After reading other negative reviews it seems to be a reocurring problem with the company.

I have just received a bracelet that is in pieces ,
Broken inside the bag .
Tried to register return but there is no such thing .
Obviously don’t want returns
BEWARE ……..don’t buy from them .

I found a necklace via amazon and wanted matching items so I contacted Avalaya.com direct. A lady called Nina responded immediately and she was super helpful. I bought an additional 4 items which were delivered promptly and the quality of the products were excellent.

Extremely dissapojnted. Requested to return a bracelet I purchased. Was not satisfied with the color They never sent me a return label.

I bought two necklaces and wanted to return one. Their website did not allow me to set up a return, so two weeks ago (a week after they arrived) I sent a message - no reply. I have since phoned twice and left a message but no response. When you buy they encourage buying multiple necklaces, saying that returns are easy. However, I found that its impossible to make a return. There are several other reviews on Trust Pilot from those who have had the same experience. The positive reviews are all from those who have not wished to make a return. The necklaces are good, but not allowing returns is surely not legal. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Great customer service, dealt with the faulty item very quickly. Replacement arrived in time for a costume party and the ring I bought made quite a statement. I bought 'flying skull' ring, the feathers are beautiful and cover most of my hand moving beautifully together. Highly recommend it.

I found this company through Amazon, was very surprise with the big range they offer to customers. It was very difficult to narrow down my options, but in the end i was left with 3 different brooches to choose from and i bought all of them ( i never seen before soo many brooch designs in one place).
