Worst water dispenser I've ever owned what a piece of junk don't buy this piece of junk you'll regret it

I had an issue with one of Avalon’s water cooler units and attempted to get assistance through their customer service department. Unfortunately, the responses I received were unhelpful and did not resolve the problem.

I escalated the matter further by contacting multiple members of Avalon’s executive team using verified company email addresses. My messages were successfully delivered, yet I have not received a single reply from anyone at the company after several days.

It is extremely concerning when a business chooses not to acknowledge a customer’s documented issue, especially after multiple attempts to engage with them. This lack of accountability and follow-through reflects poorly on how Avalon supports its customers once a sale has been made.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Avalon. If something goes wrong, you should not expect meaningful support.

Breaks after one use, they don't allow you to replace it. Don't buy this online. Support is also terrible.

super unprofessional company, they don't answer their customer support phone and there is a recording that comes on to email them and after several emails they simply don't even bother replying!! Trying to find out why water dispenser that I bought from them isn't working after less than 2 years! BAD BUSINESS

1 star is TOO MANY!!! My water dispenser is one year 7 months old and they refuse to send anyone to even TRY to fix. Their response was BUY A NEW ONE!!!!!

Avalon Water Coolers THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

11/24 - Ordered water cooler for Black Friday

11/25 - Requested Cancellation of order #3000

11/26 - Canceled Order #:3000 with confirmation by (Avalon associate) at 10:45am Monday, only for a UPS shipping label to be created at 1:34pm that same day and product shipped at 5:31pm via UPS.

Associate gave the excuse that you ship orders quickly and that the order was placed days prior - 1) order was placed on the weekend outside business hours 2) a cancellation confirmation email sent by both Avalon and the associate working on my request 3) UPS shipment label was not created until 1:34pm on 11/26

I would not be upset if not for the fact that this associate attempted to give an excuse that clearly had no merit given the timeline and was out of bounds to even give an excuse at all. This took time out of my day to rectify a clear error in your logistics. What on earth is the point of having a cancellation confirmation email? Unbelievable considering the claims up and down your website of having great customer service. There is nothing proprietary about water dispensers, it’s just that this company has a condescending attitude, likes to offer up illegitimate excuses, and clearly has a disorganized business model.
