Avanti Mode - misleading advertising …

I ordered 6 pairs of men’s shorts from Avanti Mode on 17 Sept 2025. They arrived on 7 Oct and were completely different from the advertising pictures… wrong style, colours, and material quality.

I contacted the seller immediately and followed up three more times. No response. Their website promises a 30-day “no questions asked” refund and replies within 24 hours, but I’ve received nothing.

I’ve flagged the transaction with my credit card provider and will report the business to Scamwatch if this isn’t resolved soon. Sharing this to help others avoid the same experience.
