Hung out to dry. No notice / no fault disconnection
Avoid if you don't want to be left in the lurch
Rural location so took out a contract (through a Co called Avonline, now called BigBlu) for satellite broadband provided by Avanti.
Service wasn't great so was pleased when BigBlu offered a new contract with a service providing greater speed / data.
Before new service was installed Avanti have cut off all services to customers provided via BigBlu at no notice to us as customers.
Avanti refuse to reinstate any service. Position is they have no responsibility to us as end user customers under their code of conduct as we had not contracted direct with Avanti.
In other words, Avanti having cut us off, it's not Avanti's problem and we should complain to BigBlu!
