I have bought the P40. On second use it has just completely stopped working. I am now trying to contact the company as I purchased via the website but it seems difficult to get in touch with customer support. Any support would be welcome.

Purchased primarily for washing car after Karcher failed. Different class.. long hose (which easily rewinds) means washer and hose do not need to move and get tangled, fall over etc. Snow foam attachment for pre-wash and a lovely thick snow foam.. both easily diluted to correct concentrations in calibrated beakers. The short trigger with spray attachment is excellent and produces a great spray pattern for rinsing. Wish I’d got this years ago.
