Having previously owned 3 Karchers and a Nilfisk I came across Ava while browsing online. Apart from the, initial, challenge of trying to get my MJJC cannon to engage the gun or extension, where I had to connect the adapter to the gun/extension first and then screw my cannon to the adapter, I am pleased with my purchase. The yellow hose does kink when rewinding it in. I look forward to many years of use with Ava. The warranty is absolutely first class.

Huge improvement on a Karcher K4, hose longer, non kink, and stores on a roll. Flex neatly stored, choice of spray patterns and great power, lighter and all attachments fit better and easier

Handle on hose reel could be better. Little difficult for arthritic hands. If redesigned should be available to swap with machines still under warranty or recall.

Was tempted to go for a more powerful machine, it’s simply not needed - this is great machine plenty powerful enough for a week worrier Car detailer So happy it - it just works - no faff

Fairly pleased with this coming from having used a Karcher K5 full control. Things I like better: - much better thought out from a useability standpoint with a good hose that is easy to reel in and somewhere to tidy the power cable. Also better tool storage on the device. it's just much less faff to get out of the shed and get going (and also tidy away) - easier to carry and manouver - much better warranty - the telescopic gun - quieter Things I don't like: - it's light which is good but that means when you pull the hose to unreel it sometimes it shifts the whole unit - different connector on the hoze to the more common Karcher one which means I have had to buy adapters to use some of my existing accessories - it's not as powerful as the K5. For the majority of things I do that's fine but I feel occasionally I am going to want something a bit more powerful - The hose is pretty long but maybe just a bit shorter than i would like - just not enough to go round the car without having to circle back - Whan not active the motor intermitently runs so if I am not using it for a few minutes I tend to turn the power off Overall I think this is pretty good. AVA have obviously sent their units to every influencer that has ever lived and that made it hard to judge whether this would be a good investment or not because I couldn't trust the reviews to be unbiased. It is good yes but I don't think it's as good as the reviews on youtube for example. I would put it definitely in the consumer category, if I was wanting something more prosumer this would definitely not be the unit to buy - perhaps their other models might be better but this is clearly for light use

I’m sorry to hear that some aspects didn’t fully meet your expectations. The Easy series is designed to be a lightweight and user-friendly machine for regular home use, which can feel different compared to heavier units in the same category. For customers looking for more power or a more “prosumer” type of performance, our larger models such as the P70 or P80 might be a better fit.
Regarding the motor briefly running when the trigger isn’t pressed — that can sometimes happen when the system is maintaining pressure. If it occurs frequently, please feel free to reach out to our support team so we can take a closer look together.
