Takes a little time to put together but still very easy to do. The build quality on the machine is far superior to anything else ive had before and ive had the big name brands. Power is exceptional, the plug reel is fantastic addition no more wrapping it around the machine. The hose real fantastic no more trying to coil it up

love how stable unit is and the power is first rate have any numerous Karchers over the year and none have impressed me the way this has. Only issue is the mains cable reel is poor and difficult to use and don't think it will survive the test of time.

There is nothing quite like the satisfaction of seeing a driveway completely transformed by that raw Evolution power! We are thrilled that the machine and its versatile accessories blew you away during your cleaning session, David.
Only had it a few weeks so early days. Could be packaged better as the alloy pipe included was damaged as it is packed right in to the corner of the box & had obviously been dropped on that corner. Cable was damaged for no apparent reason & when I emailed ava about this, I am still waiting on a response weeks later. I seriously doubt the warranty will be honoured in future due to the lack of response. Power switch fitted right at the bottom of the unit. Still scratching my head about that one. Inlet QD fitted in the same area & at the front so you have to pull the hose around to plug in, & risk of scraping your knuckles when disconnecting unless you tip the unit back. Minor detail, but why not have the inlet at the rear & higher up? Cable reel plastic is paper thin & very flimsy. My last pressure washer lasted over 20 years, & is still going with a family member. Time will tell with this one.

Absolutely superb product, delivered promptly and in perfect condition, easy to assemble. good quality components and very powerful pressure washer. Electrical cord storage is a great idea but could be more robust and a tiny bit bigger capacity to accomadate the cord more easily. have used to wash a couple of cars and my driveway so far and very impressed with the performance. accessories all work well and as a bonus my old (yellow and black) chassis and patio attachments are compatible for connection to the AVA which is a major bonus.

Just had my AVA P70 replacement delivered. After the issues I experienced with the original unit, I was a little apprehensive, but this replacement has been excellent. The steel-reinforced hose doesn’t tangle, the machine is incredibly powerful, the snow foam lance works really well, and everything has its place, making storage straightforward. Rachel in Customer Service was great throughout and ultimately resolved the problems I initially experienced. I’m glad I stuck with AVA and held out for a replacement. The P70 has lived up to my expectations and I’m very pleased with it.

OK, so I thought Stihl was good; this is on another level. It's been used half a dozen times but already really put through its paces. It's been eye opening how good everything works. I have one small gripe with the power cord tidy; if it was a little bigger, that would be perfect. I guess nit-picking I'd like a rest with the trigger attached to the snow foam canon, but perhaps there's a way to prop it up I haven't tried. I'm extremely happy with this new addtition to the garage.

Amazing power. Love the hose. Only reason for 4 and not 5 star is the power management and setup instructions. Power cable can be stowed but it’s really flimsy and annoying to unravel. I can see it breaking in the near future. For me the setup was a little too much hassle. Build quality though is very good and it’s an easy to use machine. Lots of people complain about the foaming cannon but I think it’s ok. 4.5/5
