The screw on hose pipe in line filter adaptor is a weak point needing to be removed after use, Easy to break, better if made of brass

VERY happy with it. I had high hopes for this after reading reviews and waiting for stock to come back in. I also liked the spirit of right-to-repair / 10yr warranty. Well packaged and well documented, easy setup. 1 month in and I'm delighted with the experience and performance. It does all that it promises and *every* piece has a solid quality feel. My only suggestion (and the only reason for the 4* not 5* - sorry AVA) is that it would be nice to specify what's in the bundle. Not all items are needed and I'd have liked to specify things I'd particularly like (even if it meant paying a little more - eg for a longer HP hose). Of course I asked this in advance but sadly exchanging what was in the bundle wasn't an option. If you're considering buying one then go for it. The warranty, attitude and spirit of this company I think is class-leading.

Pressure washer is neat and works well for my needs. I would recommend, better that the karcher I had.

My old Norse pressure washer has a few niggles that are proving to be quite annoying, so I bought this replacement. It is more powerful, better designed and an improvement in every way. I only wish I'd bought it sooner.

The actual unit is absolutely superb in every way. The basic information about what is actually supplied when you unpackage the unit is abysmal.
