A review after one use
The service and communication from the company, along with the actual deliveries (I knew the pressure washer was out of stock initially, but the accessories were delivered promptly) was very good. As for using the pressure washer to clean a very dirty car using the pre wash and foam solutions, it did a good job. Very happy so far.

Missing pieces from bundle
Ordered the Go P40 medium bundle, it arrived today however upon opening the box, it looked as if it had been a returned unit, and also it's missing the Gun, pretty useless without it!! Awaiting a response from Ava to rectify the issue, and will amend the review depending on what the remedy is!

Excellent and fast service
Had to make a warranty claim as the connector failed on the hose. Filled in the form supplying a picture and video of the problem and got a response within hours. Replacement hose was with me in a couple of days and was an effortless experience.

I have a p70 ,best thing I ever bought…
I have a p70 ,best thing I ever bought ,for xmas a few years ago bought my son a go 40 he loved it until he left it in his garden shed over the winter and froze the pump.
Looked on the website ,new pump and motor assembly avaliable, ordered Friday night at 8pm ,delivered 3pm Monday ,20 minutes had it fitted and all working again .
Would highly recommend, great after sales with all parts avaliable

customer service is dreadful
I feel the product is great, unfortunately after 2 uses the filter at the front broke, I replaced it and it broke again, when contacting customer services it was made out to be mishandling. I can assure you it wasn't. when I seen i was getting nowhere I went to replace the part to find they do not ship to the country. they sold me the product. NI was fobbed off with another supplier in another country, very poor customer service on a product that prides itself on 20year warranty, I haven't got 60days before it broke. I am aware that every so often a product can have a fault but when the customer service is not even willing to help its not good. will continue to fight for a refund and then purchase another brand. unfortunate, as iv used ava products before and been very pleased and this is why I purchased one for my own use.

A must have for any home
After owning Karcher for many many years I decided to switch to Ava , this machine is so much more sterdy and powerful than Karcher and honestly beats them by a milestone .
Very easy to assemble and switch over nozzles etc with great hoze and trigger length

Products are solid well made, well designed with thoughts to great features included , I have several purchases and help with the overall experience . Keeping it simple but useful. Fantastic Upgrade to my P57 Easy
Ordered an aluminium filter & steel reinforced hose to upgrade my P57 Easy.
Items arrived next working day and well packaged.
I've always found Ava products to be of great quality and these items are no different.
Installation could have been a bit easier as the hose was a snug fit in relation to how the flexi-hose fitted and needed some persuasion but in the end I managed to install it and I feel a massive difference to my pressure washer by adding these two products.
I would recommend anyone with a similar set up that's looking to upgrade, to do the same.
