The Ava P57
I've used the AVA P57 three times now washing block paving and its done it effortlessly.
It seems great quality and well thought out. The only thing I would probably change is the handle that reels in the hose.
I think it would be alot more user friendly to have a flip out handle that has a bit more size go it.
Other than that it's a great product and only time will tell with reliability.

Advised AVA we wanted to return the product unopened and unused within the 14 days advised and they have never contacted us back except to ask for reviews. Really poor. Update, has now been returned with their apologies.

I purchased a p80 jetwash with all the extras around £1000 on the 20/06/25 not used much last year, probably 10 times, as i was in recovery from cancer. On friday the machine blow 4 fuses. Whilst I was trying to use it. Then on the 4th fuses it ran but no pressure just water on mains pressure comeing out of the gun head , no jet pressure the pump is broken i rekon. Now it was the 20 year warranty that attracted me to the product, I sent in prof of purchase and all the evidence and the customer services was horrendous saying it could be my water pressure or it could be my hose or the length of hose , and you must use a min length of hose. Everything but sorry to here you have a problem. Mischa from AVA customer services uk was very poor at helping me, as she failed to pic up on the fuses blowing and set about trying to say it was something I had done from the get go, and then I asked to speak to someone who can help I got ghosted no more communication. Really really bad and I feel the 20 year warranty is just a sales ploy and not worth the paper its written on. I feel iv been robbed and now im left with a dead crap jetwash and a load of extras soffit pole cleaner patio cleaner extra jets and pressure hose and extendable gun all useless . As the machine is so so fragile apparently and will brake easily if you have to much water or to little water .And as for warranty there isn't one really its just a lie. Im going to trading standards i feel I've been taken for a ride. AVA dosnt have a customer services department that helps or listens, it just trys to put any issues on the customer. I wish I could have my money back after this experience i have 0 confidence in the company. I had a Kranzel jet wash for 20 years brilliant . It worked constantly. I wish id just gon back to them. AVA 20 year warranty or your 1 year garenty under consumer uk law all worthless with AVA . I have just been left with a useless machine only good for the bin in 11 months and used less 15 times . 27 may I called it took over an hour or 2 of photos video trying to prove i have water pressure and I have correct hose lock fittings and correct length of hose or filters clean back and forth then nothing! Very bad 👎 😕
