I’ve been using Ava to track my cycle and pregnancies for almost 6 years now. I only wore the bracelet, as it was first generation and stopped working after a while, leading up to my first pregnancy. The data I received on my cycle was invaluable and I’ve gotten pregnant four times now by tracking consistently with Ava. I recommend the technology to all of my friends because I can’t believe it’s worked so well for me. When my husband and I were trying to conceive our first, I had tracked for a year, and we got pregnant our second month of trying. Our last three pregnancies, we have gotten pregnant our first month of trying. Couldn’t be more thrilled with Ava!

Love everything about the Ava bracelet except for the band which keeps breaking. Would love a band that's more robust. The rubber is too soft and it snaps after continual use.

I’ve been able to conceive both my pregnancies using Ava gives me peace of mind, knowing that I am calculating the right days to be intimate for pregnancy

Still waiting to hear back about my bracelet being broken. The band is ripped and I’m having to tape it together to use it. Everytime I’ve submitted a ticket I get told they are “restructuring” and have gotten no actual response aside from automatic responses. Very very disappointed in their lack of customer service. Also the money I spent on it you would think I could get a replacement or atleast a response a bit quicker. I will never recommend this product to anyone I know.

I have messaged Ava multiple times over the last 2 months about my bracelet breaking, and have not heard back.

I got my Ava bracelet back in January of 2023. It didn’t work, so I began emailing customer service. It took customer service several weeks to reply to each email. I would respond almost immediately and wouldn’t hear back from them for an entire month despite sending them multiple follow up emails each time. After months of trying to explain my issue, waiting for a response, having to re-explain my issue because the email thread had a new customer service agent, I was given directions on things to try for my bracelet to get it to work. Ultimately after a year of emailing, I was finally told my bracelet was defective in February 2024 and they would send me a replacement. OVER A YEAR LATER!!! It is now July 2024, I have not received a response email since February and have also not received my replacement bracelet. I have continued to follow up and have been ignored. I am now out of the money I spent on this expensive bracelet that doesn’t even work and I’m just stuck with it.

Spend your money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using Ava since 2021 and it has helped me really understand and keep track of my cycle and has helped me get pregnant twice. It is very easy and when used correctly and consistently it begins to know your body very well. I would 100% recommend Ava for anyone who is just tracking their cycle or trying to get pregnant, I think it is worth it.

I no longer needed the Ava bracelet. The box was unopened, with the tape seal still in place. I contacted customer service and followed their instructions to show photo evidence that the box was unopened. The customer service rep argued over multiple emails that the box had been opened, and I would not receive a refund. I believe this is a tactic they use in order not to be honest about their refund policy. I had to state that I would get lawyers involved if they continued to claim I had opened the box. Suddenly, a refund magically appeared. I would 100% avoid this company! I'm sure it's impossible to get your money back after a year if you don't get pregnant, as they claim they'll do.

Ava is a great app. It is easy to use. Accurate and has lots of valuable information.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNREPUTABLE COMPANY.

I no longer needed the AVA bracelet so returned unopened package via TNT but I have still not received a refund.

Nobody responds to my emails and online queries. Very unprofessional - company is basically withholding money owed to me.

Very precise and user friendly. It showed my fertile window more accurately than other apps.

I love the Ava bracelet. I’ve successfully gotten pregnant twice using it! I have also never understood my cycle as well as I do now that I have tracked it and read all of the interesting articles Ava provides describing what is happening in my body. I feel empowered and successful, which is amazing. Thank you!

Very outdated piece of tech. The bracelet broke twice. The first time they have me a new one, the second time they told me they didn't have anymore. Just to say: I only wore the bracelet at night. App kept logging me out. Takes a long time to synchronize. Didn't actually calculate my fertile days several times, I should know, I'm on my fourth pregnancy now but only had one successful one. In the end I never wore my bracelet anymore and only used the app to tell me which cycle day I was on.

I love the easy convenience of wearing a device and getting my BBT every morning for tracking. I’ve had my device for 4 years and while it still works the band has broken twice. I have worn it on and off during that time so it should not have torn in my opinion. I also do not find the app accurate. It has never accurately predicted my ovulation or cycle. I have to input the temperature readings into separate apps for better results. It will say that it confirms ovulation when there is no discernible rise that I can see and doesn’t really seem to adjust when my cycle changes. I have been pregnant multiple times while using the device but had I listened to the advice of this app and not consulted others, I’m not sure if I would have been successful. It may be better for someone who has textbook predictable cycles but I can’t say for sure so I wouldn’t recommend it.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, IT'S A RIP OFF: the customer service is silent and inactive, when it does reply after making me wait for 3 weeks, it is unwilling to refund or replace the product which was still under guarantee. I am shocked for a Swiss company!

I bought the bracelet in August 2022. After using it less than 6 times, so almost 2 weeks later, the bracelet started malfunctioning and did not charge properly. I contacted the customer service by email (they have no phone number) several times and waited for at least 3 weeks before receiving a proper reply. I asked to replace the product or refund me. They advised me to do some manipulations, which I did. The bracelet still did not work. I sent them all the photos, videos, and all proof that it was not working, and asked again for a refund. Again, their reply every 3 weeks is: do these xyz manipulations and it will work. Of course, everything they suggested me did not work. I paid USD 300 for this fertility bracelet which stopped working in less than 2 weeks!

Love how the Ava does all the work — no need to sit for 10 minutes in the morning with a thermometer in my mouth. I find it to be very accurate too! The reason only 4 stars is due to the frequent (daily) app glitches — I always have to click on something twice for it to work!

The app is great it definitely helps you plan for pregnancy or not! The bracelet tracking is spot on it helped me get pregnant with my 1st child. However… the customer service could not be worse. I reached out when trying to track and conceive for my 2nd and the device would not record! It would either say charged n green then die or it would seem like it worked and then fail uploads night after night. I went from zero problems to it not working suddenly. Customer service said oh it’s dead you need to buy a new one. Excuse me? Where n how are we selling products that just die and are end of life while it isn’t described anywhere in advertising or purchasing. No trouble shooting, no coupon towards a new one not even a standard apology statement. I don’t care how well something works; if you have horrible customer service then I’ll move onto many of the other working devices. Do better Ava.

In general: I love this product. One star off is for two things: one - the bracelet is sooo tiny it basically was worn out within the first year and I had to replace it. And the other point - sometimes I have an issue with the app telling me “problem to read data” - I just have to synch it more often and it works. Just a bit annoying.

Over all - great product. I have only used the regular version of it (not with guarantee) since reading and doing research about this product - I believed (& believe) it works. Otherwise they would not offer money back guarantee.

Best purchase ever. If you don’t have PCOS etc. this is a perfect hormone free birth control solution. But you have to be using it regardless & never unprotected intercourse with strangers !

DO NOT BUY. UNSAFE product and bad customer service. I have used my Ava bracelet for less than two years, and recently it started getting very hot while wearing at night- so much so that it woke me up in the middle of the night and I had to rip it off because it was burning me. It was also blinking a flashing red light almost like a warning. There is no information about a blinking red light on their website I had no idea what it meant. The bracelet also got very hot when charging. I have used the same charger that came with the bracelet the entirety of my ownership. My spouse is a fireman and said that the device was absolutely a fire hazard.

When reaching out to the company about this they suggested that I discontinue the device, but then also contradicted themselves and requested me to send a photo of the flashing light. I would only be able to do so if I wore the device again and risked getting burned. I didn’t think to take a photo the first time around when the device was burning me in my sleep. I requested that the company either replace my device or send me a store credit so I could replace it myself. Three hundred dollars is not a cheap purchase and for the bracelet to stop working in less than two years of owning it is not okay. The company declined and stated that the best they could do was give me a store credit of 30 dollars. I am so beyond disappointed with this company and their lack of customer service. I trusted and relied on Ava to track my cycle. I will now be purchasing the aura ring and hope for better luck with that company. Please do not make the same mistake I did in trusting Ava with your health.
