Absolutely horrendous customer service. After waiting for almost 2 weeks for my x2 gorilla cases, I did not receive any answer or update from this company….they went completely silent! I had contacted Amazon’s customer service to sor it out and even they couldn’t get any contact with them. I had to cancel order and request a full refund. Don’t waste your time and money. Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all costs. These people take your money for defective products, then refuse return. Had to get Amazon to sort it out. Customer services is appalling. Not helpful at all. 1 trampoline & 2 enclosures both faulty. Trying to say the carrier won’t collect but I checked on website & they do. Just liars. Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered a bathroom wall unit inc. a vanity unit came within 24hrs through amazon.Fitted together better than other bigger brands.

Really wish I had of known about these clowns when I placed my order via Amazon for my kids bday. I didn’t know who they were but I would urge anyone NEVER to use them. I ordered a trampoline I paid £10 delivery. I was supposed to receive it today. Guess what delivery on hold. So I call DHL and the sender. THESE CLOWNS. Didn’t book the delivery. So I’ve paid for a trampoline and delivery and they couldn’t even give the code and book the delivery. Or respond to direct attempts from DHL/ AMAZON and myself to complete the booking with the reference. So now I’m down a large sum of money. I am without my order. I have to wait for them to pull their finger out and respond to Amazon so I can get a refund and I’ve a kid who won’t have their present on their birthday. They have a number super right? Wrong. They don’t open Til 3pm Monday. Fabulous! Zero customer service. Zero responses. Zero ability to book an actual delivery but 100% capable of taking your money. Thieves, clowns, shitshow.

Bought on amazon. Everyday they say it will be delivered today. Trusted them as they are on amazon. 6 days gone nno delivery and still saying 4 more days to deliver. Terrible service and no commitment or customer service. Everyone please avoid unless you've money to waste and let these scammers eat your money

Orded a dartboard in walnut cabinet. Item arrived within two days . It is good quality and easy to put together and hang. I am really pleased with my item and would recommend.

We ordered a 2 tier shoe rack recently and would like to say how well it fitted together with no missing fittings, screws etc. Assembly was good as were the instructions. A tidy looking unit.

Bought through Amazon so assumed to be a trusted and safe seller. Only bought as they promised a specific delivery date. Item has not arrived. Selling under false pretenses so will not use again. Avoid.

I just received my trampoline. And a key part is oversized and thus I cannot build it. I eventually found a customer service number which gave me a few options. I chose customer service which then automated message told me they were not available. So we have sent a email... waiting to see if they respond... £180 from AVC amazon shop... I'll change this rating if they get back to me soon...

I ordered a bathroom cabinet from Amazon on the 5th of Dec. It was delivered on the 7th and I called that same day and was authorized a return. I was not able to print a returns label and was told that the courier would provide one. Dec8th a lovely young lady arrived to pick it up. She stepped into my hallway and I told her it was heavy so she gripped it tightly and stepped out on the porch and proceed to print my receipt and the returns label. She placed her portion on the box and handed me a portion of what she printed to me. I thanked her and she loaded it into her vehicle never to be seen again. It's been over 1 month & 1/2 and I'm still fighting with Amazon for the refund of my money!

Great company, always bend over backwards to help me out. The gents in the sales department are ace.

I purchased a bed from here in August paid £70 for it. I have waited a month for delivery. Still not delivered. They used DHL and apparently I signed for this and a picture shows my home with a box just left outside my door. I have not signed for the parcel. I have not taken a parcel, I have not seen a delivery driver and my parcel was not left in a safe place in plain view of my front garden. They will not refund my money. I purchased a new bed from a different retailer so I'm over £150 out of pocket. Do not use this company

I brought 2 bed frames from their side line AVC online outlet .. with one week one snapped and they sent replacement bits , 3 rd week the other one completely gave way wasn’t fixable , 6 weeks later the other completely gave way , children sleeping in these , they are rubbish done waste your money the only thing the were good for was the fire pit .. avoid avoid avoid waste of money
