Going back December 20/24and November what can I say about Qvc
what can I say about Qvc? I will never go back to Qvc ever outstanding money for goods that I returned saying they put money into my account which they haven’t they contacted me on the 15th spoke to some woman called Lisa at the beginning of the phone call she was very abrupt to me. Why talking down to me as well, I can thick I’ve contacted him three times, but she can’t speak to me because she only works nine till four even though you phone up at maybe 2 o’clock in the afternoon he still can’t speak to her on several occasions they said that she will email me and never had a Email offer. What a surprise Qvc and they tell you to contact customer service. They are the ones that are causing lots of problems. it’s my money and it should be returned to my account. They keep saying give the bank this long number which I have but yet to speak to the bank about it and yeah I was told by one of Qvc‘s said when you’re in the bank to Contact them and they’ll talk it through with the bank so I did and they said we never said that to you we wouldn’t say that to you whoever told you that are telling lies. I’ve asked them for a copy of all the recorded messages that was about five weeks ago and nothing because if I get the messages, I will take it straight down to an advocate just next door is Up. I just don’t wanna pay out my bank statements off to them like they asked nothing to come back from that. I’m still not sorted.
