Great for my skin as I have cirrhosis but a bit of a con. I've had many pumps of dermexa and all fail with about 25 percent or more still in the tub. Have tried all tips like cleaning the pump etc to no avail. I now get a hacksaw and slice it open and put it in another tub
Been using for years was rich and absorbed right into skin within a minute or so really helped hydrate. New formula is rubbish it is stick tacky and leaves an annoying film over skin it just feels horrible and doesn’t do the job no matter how much you put in does not hydrate and just gets more filmy. It’s thinner ad doesn’t leave a nice clean feeling like before. Won’t be buying again. Feels just dirty on my skin like the rest of the other cheap lotions.
