They are fraudulent and scammers, fake phone number

They are scammers and totally fraudulent! I filed a police report and also contacted the company listed as the primary lender. The “fake” primary lender, who is an actual reputable lender, responded and requested all of my emails and copies of the fake contract.
I then filed with the BBB and will do anything I can at this point to shut this company down
The phone number is fake!
When you email…you receive an automated response saying we will get back to you in 1-2 business days but never get one
I eventually got an email after sending a few threats of making a police report and they said they had processed the funds and the glitch was because of my banks but they were working to resolve the issue by the afternoon or early evening. I knew immediately this was a shitty excuse because I had called the bank and it was bullshit
So they also opened a fraud investigation
Do not be fooled! Avenawise is fraudulent and will get you to sign a contract that looks EXACTLY like other payday loan places…but you will never receive the money.
I had to stop payment and do a ton of work to try and make sure they don’t do this to others

If I could put zero stars I would

If I could put zero stars I would. They denied me twice for renewal for no reason. They never contact you in person and always say it will be 1-2 business days. Not worth the hassle. There are a lot better loan places to go to. Don’t waste your time or effort

Honestly

Honestly, I wasn't sure at first! Because I thought it was a scam, etc. I applied for a $1000 loan at the bank, and they refused me simply because they thought I wouldn't be able to manage, even though I have a job and everything. A friend introduced me to Avenawise! I applied, not sure I'd be accepted, but I received a message saying my application was accepted, and they gave me a $1200 loan. They definitely have a strict procedure and require proof of employment, so it was my lucky day! 😍 I love their service. 24 hours later, I received the money in my account.Thank you, Avenawise ❤️I highly recommend them.

This company is garbage

This company is garbage. They have a phone # that no one ever answers. They never answer emails. Totally unprofessional. The Canadian Government and Consumer Protection Agencies need to seriously start cracking down on the loan companies.

This company is an affiliate of about…

This company is an affiliate of about 12 other Quebec payday loan companies. They sent me a random text regarding my application which I never did. I haven't looked at these POS scumbag loans for years . They stole my info from an affiliate. I have called the police

**DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN WITH THIS…

**DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY.**
I currently have a loan with them and am trying to pay it off. Despite my goal to repay the loan, I kept receiving emails from them encouraging me to renew, which I deleted each time. Recently, I switched my bank account to ensure that my biweekly payments go through more smoothly.

However, YESTERDAY I received an email thanking me for applying for a loan, followed immediately by another email stating that my application was declined. I NEVER reapplied for a loan; they are lying. Somehow, they completed the renewal application themselves, potentially accessing my previous banking information. This is illegal!

I want to emphasize: I have NOT applied for a reloan, and they are attempting to scam me and have access to my banking. **DO NOT BORROW FROM THEM! They are scammers and liars**
