They took my money and never sent a thing!!!!
Took them a week to reply when I asked where my order is…”we understand” with NO SIGNATURE with lying and no tracking number still nothing!!!
How do you get to be a “business” steeling from people?!? A$$hoooole$!!!

They suck. Didn’t send the item until I messaged them 2 weeks later. Then on product arrival it was nothing like advertised. Totally different pants to what I asked for. Absolute scam.

I paid premium price for garbage sent directly from China.

Terrible service never again

It’s been a month, no tracking number and they will not provide a refund. This is a total scam.

It has been over a month and I have not received any updates about my order’s shipping of jackets. They have repeatedly told me they will provide me with a tracking number but still have not. I don’t expect I will receive the products and have been scammed for $100

Definitely a scam. i ordered one item to test them out. Never came. My credit card company in their defense flagged the transaction but i authorized it to go through. Small price to pay even though i took a loss. Don’t do it !

Avancea is a scam! Do not order from them. You will not get your merchandise.

Definitely a scam. Horrible quality and you can’t get a refund or prepaid return label from them no matter what.

Bait and switch.
Ordered 2 Cashmere sweaters, received 2 100% Polyester sweaters instead.
Company refuses to issue a refund or acknowledge their fraud.

This Avencea is a total fraud. They advertised a genuine leather vintage bomber jacket for $105, which should have been the red flag. 2xL was ordered. SEP.21, 2025. TODAY 10/14/2025 a small size 100% polyester arrived from a California Address: 9208 Charles Smith Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730

Be aware! Total frauds.

Poor quality garment that does not meet the description on their website. Package sent to the wrong address and they told me to look for it. I was lucky enough to go across town to the place where I thought it may be (not the address on the package), then found these absolutely poor quality clothes. Will be going to the bank and getting advice on how to refund.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!
I bought a blazer and it’s practically see through. When I asked to return for a refund I was told I’d have to pay for the shipping, to china. Absolutely not worth it

This is by far the poorest quality garment I have ever purchased. I am extremely disappointed that after multiple refund requests, I am instead being asked to leave a review. Customers are not informed until after purchase that this company is not based in the United States, which feels misleading. Avencea should not be allowed to sell products under these conditions. The entire experience has been a scam and a ripoff, and I will be sharing my experience on this site and on Google to warn others.

Wow I wish I knew this website existed before I made my purchase! My son begged me for a vintage Lambskin Leather Bomber Jacket with fleece lining. I found a gorgeous image of one on this scammer's website.

I purchased it and immediately got a notification about an international charge. I had no idea but eventually saw their UK address.

This morning I woke up and found a grey sack lying on the ground with a Florida return address. I opened it in SHOCK to see it was actually the well what was supposed to be a genuine lambskin leather jacket. I almost fell over. This think STUNK like hazardous chemicals. The package was so lightweight it felt like it was made out of paper. NO TAG at all like someone's grandfather made this with scraps he found lying around the backyard. A tag inside says '100% Polyester' and another 'made in China'. The 'fleece' lining is like coarse animals hairs. It felt disgusting to touch and there's no way it could keep anyone warm.

All they offered me was 10% discount. I told them to come get it and give my money back. My credit card refunded me. Then they offered me 15% discount or I'd have to mail it to them at my expense TO CHINA!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Have to add to this long list of disappointments. What I received was not what I ordered. It was described as linen but the tag said 100% polyester. It was tagged as small but was a full 36" across the shoulders. It looked nothing like the photo...more like a flour sack than a blouse. While the seller was communicative, they never took responsibility for the discrepancies. Their best offer to make things "right" was a 25% refund. Or, if I went through the hassle and expense of international return shipping (to China although it was sent to me from California) they claimed they would process a full refund. By then I had no trust in Avensea. Buyer beware!

Never sent product. Refused to answer emails after they lied about sending package but couldn’t provide a tracking number then ghosted me. It’s been weeks

I ordered two items on the 1st of July .. I emailed two weeks later and was told it was a shipping issue. They would let me cancel the order, which I received on the 31st of July ….. one month to receive it. The items are garbage, not all what the said and showed on their website. Nothing is authentic , it’s all made and shipped from China.DON’T waste your money Targets quality is much bettep

Avencea is not a reliable company. It was an unpleasant and disappointing experience. They sent me an item I did not order then only offered to reemburse me 15%. Only after filing a claim with my bank, I got a full refund.
