Of the 7 shoes I ordered (all the same size) 3 were too narrow. One had a weird booger on the front. The kicker is, I went to return the 3 only to discover that 1 had to be randomly shipped back a dif... See more

The Avenue is always prompt sending out my orders. There is no waiting for 2 months onky to find out that the item isn't going to be shipped. The clothes are well packaged so the items arrive intact.... See more

Their clothing is cheaply made and often at least 2 sizes larger than stated. They have also been charging me 16.95 a month, I just found it, and for the life of me I can't figure out what for. T... See more

BooGIE
Bad panty quality, lining in middle of panties came off. They are not made for plus size!
Do not expect money for returns.
I ordered a bunch of clothes in November and half were returned in December of 2024. I have still not received a refund of $125.00 it is 2/19/25. I have called 3 times and had to pay a $10.99 return fee. Everything they say the cloths say the were returned the refund is on the way. Before this time I had no problems
and always was refunded. It looks like the company has been bought out and do not refund anymore even when the clothes are returned.
Their error, $10.99 return processing fee still charged (NOT Free Returns)
1 wrong size item sent - was correct on bag label different size inside the bag.
1 item has clearly been worn.
Would not allow me to return back to my method of payment without charging the $10.99 return processing fee which is outrageous on top of their $30 I had to pay for shipping.
Avoid! New ownership has tanked the brand.
I have never shop with the new Avenue
I have been shopping with Avenues for over 20 years and they were a good company to buy from. Now when they changed over to whatever and close all the stores they suck. They don’t have a saying quality of Clothing shoes, boots And the prices are ridiculous. I wouldn’t order nothing else from them anymore. When they close the stores down, they should’ve just went out of business cause I know they don’t sell the quality of what Avenue sold so I will never order from them again.
Beware: Avenue Clothing was bought by scumbags
My sister used to love Avenue Clothing. Sadly, Avenue has been purchased by Full Beauty Brands, the sketchiest parent company ever. It’s now just trash.
Here’s my story: I ordered a gift card for my sister from Avenue Clothing to be delivered *by email* on December 24th. My sister never received an email. After several days, I emailed the company and was told the **email** gift card would “ship” soon, even though my receipt clearly labels it an email gift card. After 2 weeks, I called the number on Avenue’s website, and someone from Full Beauty Brands picked up. I was told that when a new customer orders a gift card, they call the customer to verify the purchase—and that they’re apparently 2 weeks behind in making these calls, because nobody ever called me. So, I verified the purchase and was assured that my sister would receive an email in a couple of days. She didn’t. It’s now January 16th—over 3 weeks since they took my payment—and they have yet to send my sister an EMAIL gift card. Steer clear, folks. Full Beauty Brands—and by extension, now Avenue— is sketchy to say the least. Just check out Full Beauty’s reviews. I think they’re hoping that people won’t follow up on whether their gift cards were received. Keep in mind that there was zero communicating to either me or my sister saying that they needed to verify my purchase. If I hadn’t followed up with my sister, I would never have known. My sister would assume I’m too cheap to get her a gift, and I would assume she’s too rude to thank me. I actually think this is Full Beauty’s business model. Only a few people will follow up, and for everyone else they just pocket the money. For example, imagine if I was an employer who bought gift cards for her staff. I’m not going to ask every staff person if they received the card. My staff would just assume I’m too cheap to give them a gift, and I would assume my staff is too rude to thank me—when in reality, it’s Full Beauty Brands that’s cheap and rude—and sketchy as all holy hell. Just look at the reviews for Full Beauty Brands. After reading the reviews, a pattern emerges. It looks like their policy is to stall their customers until the window to file a complaint is closed. The worst part is that they’re taking advantage of already marginalized people, and that they’re developing a monopoly by buying up plus size brands. It’s times like these that I wish there were a hell hot enough for this company.
I use to order clothes from Avenue
I use to order clothes from Avenue all the time. I have a pair of jeans I ordered a couple of years ago, a size 16. The size 16 is a little big for me but because everything I have ordered lately has run small; I ordered an 18 to make sure I wouldn't have to send them back. Got them in yesterday and they are so small, I sent them back, reordered a size 24!!! and I'm hoping they will fit. I have not gained weight. I ordered some very expensive bras and I expect to have to send them back also. The sizing and quality of the clothes is so poor. I'm done with Avenue.
Complaint
Some months ago I bought a pair of pants that I liked so much. I had never worn them till today and I have to mention that I live in South America and now is summer here. It was a dissapointed experiense because the fabric has a failure.I have been a client of Avenue for a long time (many years). I.am not sure if I will continue buying in your shop. I would be grateful if you send a new pair of the paints or the money I spent in them
Avenue sends 3 spam emails to me a day
Avenue sends 3 spam emails to me a day, despite the fact that I have unsubscribed many times. There's no change. On a lucky day, I only get 2 emails from them. While I can sort these to junk mail, it just shows their corporate mindset. And their clothes aren't a great quality. Definitely has turned me off (and away) as a customer.
I can't believe these are Avenue…
I can't believe these are Avenue clothes !! So badly stitched and strings everywhere, lace just cut not finished. Jeans so faded afraid to wash .I used to shop Avenue all the time . will not do it again !! The quality was right up there with Lane Bryant and Torrid back in the day. I got better cheeper priced clothing on TEMU!! THAT I WILL USE.This whole order was sus. contacted Avenue bcuz I couldn't find my order on the website? so I couldn't track it ! Avenue said no order. Then finely a big package popped up outta nowhere ?? Don't do it girl!! the issues with lengthy costly returns. I don't even know where these came from? I know I ordered from their official site??
I use to order from Avenue online quite…
I use to order from Avenue online quite often. But now since they combined with Full beauty I won't be ordering anymore. Recently I placed an order and had to return it back because I didn't like the fit. Customer service never explained to me that I had to pay for shipping and that they will be taking it out my refund. They did tell me I had to pay $10.99 if I want the refund returned in the same form of payment. So I lost out on about $36 bucks because I wanted to return those items. I'm not a happy customer
Will spam you with emails 3 times a day…
Will spam you with emails 3 times a day even after unsubscribing multiple times and talking to different agent. I have NEVER had such harassment... I am inundated daily with spam emails from them.
Now a scum company
I've been a customer for many years even when they went to online only. They changed their return policy and didnt say anything of course. Now you can do the happy returns for free only if you get a store credit. If you want your money back, you have to pay $10.99. I wont be buying anything again from them.
I’m so disappointed that Avenue has…
I’m so disappointed that Avenue has changed hands. Prices went up and now you have to pay to return any item. They don’t take my Avenue credit card anymore either. I don’t know if I’ll be shopping there anymore. Very frustrating!!!
I been a customer for years
I been a customer for years , since the have a new ownership is not the same , prices are extremely expensive and less quality 😡.
Avenue is under new ownership
Avenue has been bought out by another company. I've been ordering from them for years and was able to return items at no cost and if my order was over $100.00 there was no shipping cost. That is not the case with the new ownership. Because the sizing is not always correct sometimes I would order the next size smaller or larger and just return. Now you pay for shipping and they charge $10.99 processing fee for a return unless it is damaged. I will be closing out my charge account with Avenue.
Sorry the clothes are very poor quality…
Sorry the clothes are very poor quality and not cheap.
It’s worse than SHEIN quality at regular UK pricing. Based on my experience I’m not sure if the 5 star reviews are real or correct.
I have been ordering from Avenue for…
I have been ordering from Avenue for quite some time now. I have always been very pleased with what I’ve ordered. If I had to return, it was a painless process. Most of the shirts hanging in my closet are from these guys.
Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. I've been emailing for 5/6 days now asking for the returns address and still haven't been provided it. My emails have had 2 responses, both offering an alternative to returning, both of which I don't want. I bought my outfit in good faith but the material is absolutely awful, such poor quality and I'd like my money back. Was told by them it was expensive to send back to Asia but that's my decision
Buyer beware of sizing in avenue site
I have been an avenue fan for years. There was an actual store in my town. I was a regular customer. The local store closed and they went totally online. I felt confident in buying on line because i had bought so much from them in the past. I know my size in Avenue. So. I ordered some jeans on line. There were some'final sale ' jeans and i felt confident in ordering because of my past experience. However, when i received them i was shocked. They did not go past my knees. I had other jeans in the order that were the same size, and fit properly. Because it was a final sale item, they at first would not return. They did, after 6 days, decide i could return with a 7:95 fee. Wow. Frustrating. Buyer beware!!!! Even if size is wrong you will pay if you buy a final sale. Stay away.

I placed an order for two pair of Jeggings, black and blue, upon receiving them they were uncomfortably tight, so I placed an order for a size larger being I needed them for the up coming weekend instead of exchanging them. I was extremely happy that they arrived timely for my trip and upon opening the jeggings to pack for my trip, I notice the black pair were wrinkled and worn, upon closer inspection, there was no tags on these pair as on the others. I was actually sent a previously WORN pair of jeans when I purchased a new pair, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!
