Absolutely seamless process
Absolutely seamless process. This was my first time shopping at Avenue 32 (I was unfamiliar with it prior to ordering) but everything was perfect down to the packaging. I will definitely be shopping here in the future. The only thing that would make it even better would be free shipping to the U.S.!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Will never shop here again. Would not offer a price adjustment after five days of the item going on sale! Customer service was rude and condescending. There's a reason why this company IS and WILL stay small. Back to Net-a-porter where they value customer service! BYE!
