Very disappointing
Very disappointing. I purchased an expensive bag and received it with scratches. I requested a replacement and it has been a month and I still have not received the replacement bag. I have written dozens of emails. nobody picks up the phone - it is just beyond AWFUL.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They are EPICLY INCOMPETENT.

I must say that I am very disappointed …
I must say that I am very disappointed with the level of customer service. I received my order 1-week ago where incorrect items were sent. I have sent a half a dozen emails and made several international calls to try and get ahold of someone but no one answered. I received an email yesterday asking if I had returned the incorrect items or still had them in my possession. Well if customer service would read my email they would see that I mentioned that the incorrect items were shipped back last Monday. I am so frustrated with lack of communication. Not sure what is going on with the company but clearly they need help with quality control to ensure the correct items are checked prior to shipping. The tags on my items all had the same description but only 1- item out of the 3 I ordered was correct. I ordered 3-pairs of full length Lucas Hugh technical leggings. What I received was 1-full length pair and the other 2-pairs are cropped and not full length.
