My purchase was gorgeous, but it arrived stuffed into an old cassette box and was really crumpled (a silk scarf, that is). The cassette box was in a huge box stuffed with tissue paper. You could have got about 80-100 cassette boxes in there.

I don't expect to have to iron things when they arrive, even if purchased in the sale. Fortunately I've had a really nice experience with Avenue 32 before, so I'm hoping this was a one off.

This is my second time shopping with Avenue 32, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The item was promptly shipped and delivered in two days for only $15.00 international delivery. For that kind of service I've paid $30.00 from domestic retailers.

The website offers a great selection of established and new designers. You might find a great deal or two on sale. I will be shopping with you guys again!

Love my shoes. This was my first order placed with Avenue 32 so I was a little apprehensive. I was so impressed with the speed of delivery. I placed my order on Thursday and it was delivered to the U.S. on Monday!

They were let down by their courier who said they had tried to deliver on Monday but I was in all day (and had the bell fixed especially in case I missed it!) and they never came once. If they had come, I'm assuming they would have left a card.

There was also the small matter of trying to get hold of Avenue 32 and not hearing back for over 24hrs. I thought they'd gone out of business! I'd sent three emails and called customer services all day but no answer.

All got sorted in the end though - just waiting for my refund!

Avenue 32 is one, of not so many online stores, where the purchase, transaction and customer staff are simply AMAZING!!!
So many stores should learn from you how to do online transactions.

The purchase, shipping and delivery was smooth and fast. The cost of shipping and freight was very resonable.

Really terrible experience, I had paid 18 eur for the shipping costs which customer service does not want to refund for the blouse which has totally odd size XS which fits XL. So disappointed and dont think i will ever order from this website again, especially because customer service is not customer friendly at all

I had trouble with the website crashing repeatedly and as a result was unable to buy the item I wanted.
When I wanted to return an item I found the whole DHL website and returns process overly complicated. Look at the Net a Porter system for returns - much easier. I would think twice before shopping at Ave32 again because of the returns system.

Sent the wrong sized top, my size by that point had sold out. DHL did not come to pick it up after booking a collection online.
