From the moment you place your order it becomes the most important thing in the world to us. The Avenue 85 warehouse team will be busy picking and packing your order and will hand it over to the Courier on the same working day (order must be placed by 3.30pm). Your parcel will be at your doorstep between 2-3 days (standard delivery), 1-2 days (express delivery) or choose Next Day delivery.
We hope you love your purchase. If not, no problem. We have made our returns process nice and easy where you have 60 days from date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange.

The Parcelforce delivery service that…
The Parcelforce delivery service that you use are terrible.
They are very difficult to get in touch with,their website does not work so I’m unable to book a re delivery of my parcel, my parcel should been delivered on 25th August but did not reach Chorley depot till Tuesday so was meant for 1st delivery on Wednesday 26th, apparently they came but no one knocked on my door they just left a card, then they did the same on Thursday morning, now you would think I had one more delivery day as website states you have 3 delivery try’s but NO parcel force says they tried to deliver 3 times but that’s a lie! I tjought the parcel it was Royal Mail so I went to their office near to me as I live st15 0na and the card does not say who has delivered, wen I got to royal mail they tell me it’s parcel force but they don’t know how or where parcel force is located?! I have now found where their depot is, which is a 30 minute drive away from me and their website is the same as Royal Mail so it did exactly the same as wen I thought it was Royal Mail and it doesn’t let me rearrange a delivery slot, wen I put for collection it is thinking I want a parcel collecting not me wanting to collect an item!grrh. You can not speak with a human only a automated voice telling you to go to the same bl***y website!!! I am very disappointed,confused,frustrated and have no idea how to get my parcel!!!!!!!!
