We were recommended Avenue Homes by a friend who had previously used them to sell their flat. We were apprehensive about going with an independent initially but in these days of zoopla and rightmove, we needn’t have worried.
Jamie was thorough, approachable and most importantly for us - genuine - from the beginning. The valuation process was researched and spot on. He was always considerate of us when doing viewings. Communication was prompt and having been through other sales before - the personal touch was so much evident. We really did have our own proper personal agent!
Jamie really came into his own when we had issues on completion. He held our hands throughout the whole process, even when we had lost faith that the chain would complete. He was always available to correspond with and communicated effectively with both our vendors and buyers. When we really needed him, he helped us get the sale over the line - with all the stress at the end of a house move, you can’t put a price on that.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Avenue Homes to anyone looking for an agent with that personal and human touch.

Jamie provided a professional service as an estate agent, he is very responsive a clear communicator and knowledgable about property in the surrey area. This all helps ease the stress of selling a house, considering the lack of accurate communication from the solicitors. He was honest about pricing and felt trustworthy throughout a distant sale and worked hard to ensure all enquiries were resolved and requests accommodated. Very pleased with his work and would highly recommend his services.
