Waited 3 wks for this piece of rag to arrive! The dress is extremely poor quality.I have sent numerous emails for a refund.They said I have to pay to send back 😕 I have refused,now they are saying I cannot have a refund.I am absolutely fuming,something needs to be done about this company.They are taking people's hard earned money for absolute rubbish.DO NOT BUT FROM THIS WEBSITE

Waited a couple of weeks for the dress and nothing like described ! God knows what dress they used in the video as I got sent nothing like it ! Meant to be brown but was tan, so short you can see my behind through the tassels and it would be good only as a fancy dress for Pocahontas !!
Was hoping to get refund or return in uk but looks like that won’t be a option

If I could give this a zero review I would! The product is nothing like the picture , apparently faux suede, but looks like a fancy dress costume for Pocahontas!

Avoid at all Costs. They have offered 20% to keep it or I fund the shipping costs back to China!

I've been trying to sought out a return and refund for almost a week. I had sent 3 separate emails via to different addresses (they kept sending me new addresses to send your return request to), because they don't have basic functional email accounts. And still no response. This morning I took to Instagram, commenting on their post to get them to action the return and they finally responded by NOT offering a refund or decent resolution. For anyone looking to buy from them, they don't offer 100% refunds, only a pathetic 20%. You also have to cover postage fees to China if you're trying to return the item. DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANY, they are scammers. The items do not even fit properly and don't look like the photos.

If I could give no stars I would. Complete scam I wouldn’t clean my house with the rag of an item. Not responded to any emails to return. Nothing. Fuming. 😡 it wasn’t cheap either. Nothing like the picture. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Ordered a suit from this company’s website but what arrived could not be further from the image advertised. I use better rags to clean my house! I cannot emphasise enough how bad this is. Obviously, I tried to return the item. They offered me a discount which I refused and since then they have ignored all of my emails. They go by averinlondon.com as well as averinmelbourne.com but this is a ruse as they are actually a Chinese company. I wish I could post the images but it doesn’t seem possible to do that here.
