We placed an order for labels, paying for express delivery with the promise of next-day delivery. However, the carrier completely failed to deliver, and when we contacted both customer service and the carrier, they offered no help. After 2 weeks, we are still waiting for the labels. This is utterly unacceptable and an extremely poor experience.
