No Response to Multiple Emails Sent to customer @ averyard.com.

Seems theres alot of appologies to people here on Trustpilot but why don't Averyard just respond to customers as they should by email?

Your product does not work as described. I would like a refund please. Its been 9 days now since I sent my email requesting this and am awaiting further instruction as per your Returns & Exchanges Policy below:

I ordered the Bone Conduction Pillow…

I ordered the Bone Conduction Pillow Speaker and I was so excited to get it. The shipping took forever and I never received it. The tracking number said that it was delivered to my mailbox but I live in a community with locked mailboxes so they couldn’t have actually delivered it. I reached out to Averyard but they never responded. Just wish I’d read the reviews before I’d made the purchase.

ordered train horns

ordered train horns, they aren't what I was expecting and took aprox 6 weeks from when ordered to arrive. No contact info and I have to set up a portal to even communicate. Wouldn't have purchased had I know they were going from China. No return shipping label and difficult to contact

I ordered a wallet and have been given an email stating its delivery but it was never delivered. I have emailed multiple times since there isn’t a phone number you can call and have not heard back from anyone.

Cheap rubbish that’s not fit for purpose. Very smart ambiguous wording. Makes the product look great but far from what it is.

I did receive my TW2601P25021535502…

I did receive my TW2601P25021535502 tracking number but never received my package. I emailed Averyard and they sent me a dummy shipment date and never provided the ave 514703 Metal Foundry Glue Set × 1. I work for USPS and never got a USPS tracking number. I request my refund back but haven't heard anything back on this matter.
Finally recieved my refund.

Your company is Not Honest too paid customers who are not getting there merchandise or Refunds. Why is so many people unhappy about your services? I just simply ordered a tube of metal glue and have to go through a complication receiving it.It appears you have troubles with sending folks there orders but have Zero problems processing there financial aspects taken in to your Averyard companies bank accounts.Still waiting for my USPS tracking/Merchandise/REFUND that I have not received as of yet.

I placed my order on january 26/2026…

I placed my order on january 26/2026 and on february 2 i received a email with the shippingwas in the way, but to this day they no responded to me my email.( These are thieves)TW2602P25021681339
they're using my money to bury his mother .Thank God, i only lost $61.79 and I have many more , i dont sell fake things on the internet and i respect my customer

This is a review on their advertising…

This is a review on their advertising not the product, which is a small chopper. The guy on the site says free shipping. But on the order form £5.19 has been charged for shipping. I didn't place the order. I now take notice of where the product is being shipped. I live in London but if something is being shipped from the US or China, I skip it since it takes 3 to 4 weeks. If you try to return something to China it'll cost twice as much in shipping than you paid for the item.

FAULTY WALLETS

I ordered two wallets from this company. [ORDER NO 374284]
They arrived some three weeks later.The inside mechanisms are missing which renders them totally useless.
I've Emailed Averyard three times and have received no reply.
So I'm assuming they think they can simply keep the money and move on and nobody will do anything about it. WRONG!! -I WONT LET IT GO.

Don't steal money from your customers!

Unfortunately, I found "Averyard" on YouTube when I was surfing around among shorts videos. I saw a funny thing that would keep the windshield free of ice in winter and ordered 5 of them. The cost was 358.32 sek. The order was placed on 2025-11-17. Order number is: ave-82465. That order never came to my house and worst of all, "Averyard.com" never answered my emails even though I sent them 4 emails, but not a word was heard from them. So poorly done. That's not how you do it. You don't steal money from your customers. At least that's how you get in touch. I think it's cowardly and irresponsible not to even answer.

I have emailed this company 3 times…

I have emailed this company 3 times with a complaint about my order and have not received a reply … no way to run a supposed global company … totally disappointed and feeling ripped off… if they read reviews maybe I will get a response
I have now received my item and it is not as seen in the promotional video…
Still haven’t had a response.
I would like to update my review.. I have now had a response and Averyard have apologised and refunded my money .. that is good customer service… thank you.

Poor or No Customer Service

Unfortunately, there is no category for less than one star. I bought a power washer gun and quickly noted that it didn't have the right quick connect for my Karcher. I left two emails over a week ago asking how I could return the product. Nothing.

Company replied only after this was posted on Trustpilot. In the meantime, I went to a parts store and bought the proper coupling for my Karcher. As it is midwinter, I've not been able to test this product.
