This company made me buy a full scale…

This company made me buy a full scale system and I ended up spending thousands of pounds on it. The system is based on an old setup, hard to configure, with no automation — everything has to be done manually. After all the time wasted trying to set it up, changing even small things is a nightmare.

I first contacted them back in July, and after three months of chasing their customer service for access to one of their software solutions, I still got nowhere. Countless emails, no accountability, and no proper support.

Honestly, it’s a disgrace. I regret spending my money on their equipment — they simply don’t care once they’ve made the sale.
