Awful customer service, don’t reply to emails. Waiting for a refund, I’ve tracked my parcel that I returned at a huge cost from the U.K. to Germany and it should have arrived but they are not acknowledging it. I want to support vegan businesses but I am not out of pocket over £100 with little hope of getting it back.
I bought a pair of trainers from them and they have send it to a wrong adress and they can't be bothered to refund me or send me another item.Its not my fault they have sent it to the wrong adress.They are rude and unprofessional . I would avoid them. They are scamers
The company is great, but buying from the UK is not.
Be warned if you’re not 100% sure on your purchase don’t buy from here. You have to return at own expense to Germany. I did this, completed all paperwork correctly, yet they still ended up back with me. They’ve sent me a prepaid label to send them back, but when I went to parcelforce it wasn’t right. So now I need to go back AGAIN to return them. So that’s 3 x attempts to return them. Just do not buy from here if you’re in the UK.
Is a shame because it’s a nice company and nice products, but don’t risk this experience, it’s a horrific waste of time.
The shoes I bought in Berlin were faulty - not the fault of Avesu but the shoe brand. I contacted them for help, and they went above and beyond. I got a voucher for the full amount and have just ordered another brand. Thank you so much! Great customer service and shop. Highly recommend.
I would NEVER buy shoes from this company ever again. I ordered my normal size and the shoes were way too small. When I went to return them, it was going to cost me almost $80! That is just ridiculous. So now I am stuck with $350 worth of sneakers I can't wear. Horrible customer service and horrible return policy.
I tentatively bought my first pair of hemp fabric shoes and was delighted with the quality and quick delivery even though the company is based in Berlin, Germany.
So I bought a second pair and am even more thrilled with them. If you’re wanting more than a couple of pairs, I would purchase them separately to avoid the customs cap.
UK vegans rejoice, huge choice of shoes, lovely easy to navigate website and £5 shipping on every order, no extra fees, I thought it was too good to be true, but it is all true.
